Lovely decor and food.
Extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service. There was no effort from the young man on reception to try and assist us.

The location and surrounds are lovely. The bed was comfortable.
The shower was built for a giant and to make it worse, the water was leaking out the side of the connection. To add to this the width of the shower cubicle is tiny. The food was ordinary. The bath towels were small.

When we arrived our first impression was WOW. This is a beautiful place to stay and when we saw our accomodation it was WOW again. The weather was really good so we decided to sit outside in the gardens and it was WOW once more they are immaculate and stunning and the gardener deserves praise. Food, staff, cleanliness and sheer beauty of the place gets top marks from us. Thank you for making our stay so great.

The location is ideal for exploring the area and adjacent to the Burns museum. The quality of the food and service is excellent with very friendly and helpful staff. The room we stayed in was extremely spacious and comfortable.
Car Parking at the hotel is limited but availability fairly close to the hotel. Breakfast menu is slightly limited but good quality. Nothing else that we did not like, a great hotel.

It was a really nice and clean hotel and the rooms were absolutely perfect I slept really well after a nice soak in the big bath and the option of a shower as well
It was a very nice hotel but for the price I would have expected a kettle with tea and coffee and some biscuits as most hotels seem to have this in the rooms
