Avenida Residence is located in a building that has belonged to our family since the beginning of the 19th century. XX in the heart of the historic center of Braga. Let yourself be conquered by the energy of a 2 bedroom apartment, refurbished and equipped with the main utensils for you to have a pleasant stay.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator access and is designed for guests. It has 2 bedrooms, one suite with a double bed and the other with two single beds, kitchenette with stove, toaster, electric kettle, mini-fridge with freezer and all kitchen utensils, dining table for 4, living room, TV and Wi-Fi Internet and 2 complete bathrooms with shower.
The Municipal Tourism Tax is not included in the amount paid for your reservation. The amount will be charged only from March to October.

Great apartment for a short stay as. The location is great, however it was not accessible by car. We would have appreciated if the owners had shared ahead of our arrival the recommended parking location. Would have saved us from trying to find a parking spot on busy surrounding streets and getting a parking ticket. However once settled, we loved stepping out on the pedestrian streets and exploring the beautiful city oh Braga!

We were in Braga for the Dance World Cup and the accommodation certainly met our expectations. The location was perfect as it was fairly close to the Altice Forum and a matter of metres away from the main square.
In the apartment, the beds were very comfortable, having two shower rooms with toilet was amazing, especially as we are a family of four. Having a washing machine and dryer is also a huge bonus! Lots of wardrobe space too.
As mentioned, the apartment is wonderful. The only things I can think of would be to have the TV linked to the internet to enable us to watch streaming platforms, a chair on the balcony would be nice and a clothes rack to dry clothes that shouldn’t be tumble dried would be good. But none of these points made our stay any worse though

Es la segunda vez que vamos, y no hay 2 sin 3, eso sí sugerimos que en los baños pongan unos colgadores situados a tamaño estándar, el toallero que había en uno de los baños estaba tan alto que era imposible colgar las toallas, salvo eso, todo perfecto. Volveremos

This apartment was the perfect location to explore Braga. We were able to easily get everywhere we wanted with a short walk. Important with a child! I cannot overstate how happy we were with the washer/dryer combo. The towels are hands-down the best towels we have been provided at an AirBNB. Having access to the parking garage was a HUGE convenience.
