We had a fantastic stay at these apartments. The location is in a pleasant neighbourhood - not too far by foot from the centre and nightlife. The apartments are super modern and clean - they definitely have a wow factor when you walk in. We slept really well as the beds are super comfortable. The apartments have washing/drying facilities and a small gym in the basement, which is an added bonus. There is also a small supermarket only 2 minutes up the road, which came in really handy.
Whenever we had any questions during our stay, the lovely Marina was always on hand to communicate with us via WhatsApp.
Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I had a truly enjoyable stay. I travel a lot and this is one of the cleanest properties I’ve stayed at. The management was responsive and professional. Check-in was smooth and easy, and I really appreciated not having to carry physical keys around. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was heavenly and the washer/dryer was a very welcome amenity.

Very cool accommodations: this is an apartment in downtown athens, so we had a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and 2 TV's. The building also has several laundry rooms and a basic gym, both in the basement.
The apartment itself is clean, quiet, and comfortable. And had a large balcony where we could have coffee or enjoy the sunset.
You *can* hear noise from the street, and there were several events happening when we stayed, so we could hear music in the streets until around 10-11pm, but this isnt the fault of the accomodation, you are downtown after all. Were used to sleeping with earplugs, so we slept just fine.
The apartment is within walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants (try To Prodopion down the street for great Gyros). We also walked to the Acropolis from here which took about 30 minutes (as the final part is uphill).

I had a great stay here and found it to be an excellent value. Although it’s not super close to the major landmarks, most are walkable within about 20 minutes, including Syntagma Station and the Ancient Agora of Athens. If you’re comfortable with public transit, there’s a bus stop right around the corner, which could make it even easier to get around—definitely look up bus routes if you plan to explore this way.
In terms of nearby amenities, the area has plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, so there’s no need to go all the way to the Plaka neighborhood if you’re looking for a nice meal close by. I also really enjoyed the Numismatic Museum of Athens, which is even closer and definitely worth a visit.
While there’s no front desk, the check-in and check-out process was simple and convenient. The space itself was very clean and felt brand new, making it very comfortable.
All in all, for the price, it’s hard to beat this place! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable, and affordable base in Athens.

Stayed at My Greek Vacations City Apartments 10/14/24 - 10/19/24. It's SLIGHLY out of the main areas of Athens. However, there is a bus stop close and it was 2 stops to Syntagma Square making it very easy to get to the main areas. You can connect to the metro at Syntagma too. Athens is very walkable. Honestly, you could finish all the sites in one day if needed. The apartment had a bedroom and a separate front area with a kitchenette, fridge, and bar/counter where you could eat. The sofa converted to a bed. The bathroom was clean and sufficient. It is an apartment building so there is no reception staff. The lobby has some stairs BEFORE you get to the elevator. Not a big deal, but be aware. There is free laundry in the basement area and soap was supplied. In the dryer make sure the water tank is emptied so your clothes dry. The water tank is in the top left compartment (where you'd put soap if it was a washer). There is no exhaust so the dryer steam collects there, ultimately cooling to water. There are many restaurants/bodegas/bakeries nearby. Attached is a gelato shop. We did have 2 small bugs in our bed. Not bed bugs, but annoying. Notified our contact and the room was cleaned again. SMALL storage in the lobby for luggage if needed. However, it is unmanned/unsecured. We used it. Would stay again.

The place is the middle of the city. Most of attractions are near and in a walking distance. The owner is very friendly and flexible. The staff is also very nice. When arrived a little earlier than check in time, and she let us checked in.

The apartment is in a perfect location to explore Athens on foot. Great cafes/bars/treats near by and the amenities are spectacular, especially for the price. Marina is extremely helpful and responsive for whatever you may need. The laundry, gym, airport transfer and luggage storage were extremely beneficial for us and we will absolutely stay here when we return!

Location and presentation of the apartment was great, has all you require for a few nights trip, although the balcony on offer was internal, not the most pleasant. Also issue with leaking water above cupboard on arrival and preparing for a shower. Was mentioned to Marina upon arrival.

I enjoyed my stay in the apartment which was recently renovated with modern decor. My suite is clean and has a well-equipped kitchen. The AC worked well. The host - Marina - is highly responsive and very helpful! The area feels safe and offers a sense of local culture. Grocery shops and several cozy local restaurants are nearby. It is about 20-30 mins walk to the city centre and most attractions including the Acropolis.

Our stay in My Greek vacations City Apartments was just right. Location was fun area just 10 minutes walk to metro station and 20 minute walk to a lot of the sites near the Acropolis. Very close to a lot of food options and fun restaurant scene just around the block. Marina very communicative and quick to respond. Our remote check in worked seamlessly and room was clean and worked great for us. We would be happy to stay here again.

The apartment style hotel was amazing at My Greek Vacations City Apartments. It definitely was an apartment offering the amenities of a hotel and the space and comfort of an apartment with a separate bedroom, bathroom, and living room / kitchen. The couch in the living room had a fold out bed. The kitchen had a stove, fridge and sink along with utensils, cups, and dishes. We were provided with pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, and toiletries, and WiFi The apartment was very clean and bright with a modern look and feel. The staff came in every day to clean the apartment. Marina from the staff was very helpful, always asking if we had any questions. All in all wonderful experience staying there.

The apartment itself was a perfect retreat—spotlessly clean, cozy, and environmentally friendly. I appreciated the thoughtful design, including a water heater that only runs when needed, which minimized energy use.
Conveniently, the Hop On/Hop Off bus stop #10 is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being close to all the attractions, the area was surprisingly quiet, allowing for restful nights.

We had an amazing stay at the honeymoon suite. Everything was clean and welcoming, and we got offered cleaning everyday by the cleaning-ladies. The kitchen had coffee,tea and some other nececerities. The apartment was close to everyhing we needed, the grocery store, pharmacy and some restaurants within two minutes walk. The metro is only a ten minutes walk, taking you to every place you need to go.

Excellent stay with my wife for 4 days in the middle of Athens ... 15 minutes walk to the city center with lots of restaurants and groceries near by. Very clean and convenient. Most importantly, communicating with Marina (the owner) all day long was possible with prompt replies to all inquiries and requests. Will defiantly stay there again.

This apartment was absolutely amazing. From the amenities to the cleanliness. And the cleaning staff were super friendly and work so hard. I have never stayed somewhere so well kept. And it was very modern. The only downside would be the location, it was quite a bit of a walk to the local metro station and hard to get to main attractions by foot. With only a few restaurants and shops nearby. But overall i would definitely recommend the apartments if you are not fussed about being a bit set back from the main touristic areas and especially for the price. I would also note that the water tends to run either too hot or no hot water at all in the shower.

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful modern apartment in Athens. We were close to everything metro,restaurants, ice cream, bars, shops etc the room was extremely clean and the staff was so kind. I loved that daily cleaning was provided. This place gives you a lot of bang for your buck. I will absolutely stay here every time I travel to Athens.

This would have been a 5 star apartment for 2 people. For our family of 4 it was slightly less comfortable. Pull out couch had a bar running through it. Hot water was spotty.

Almost brand new property situated in a hip part of town. Plenty of restaurants and night life as well as walkable access to most archaeological sites. Also had one of the best gelato and cheese shops in Athens on the first level.

I stayed in Athens for 8 days.This was a great apartment. Clean. Good wifi. Easy entry. Really like the neighborhood. It is not a hotel and had some water and coffee pods for the coffee machine upon arrival, but I went and restocked, which was fine self-serve market two blocks away.
