The Marala Hotel was a beautiful location, with a lovely pool and great service from very helpful staff members. The food was tasty and they had enough suitable vegetarian options. The rooms were comfortable, and clean.
It is quite close to the main road, so you can hear some traffic especially large trucks, but it didn’t really affect our overall experience.
Beautiful beach nearby as well for walks.

I had an amazing experience! The food, staff, my hotel room was worth the trip. A big shout out to the receptionist Cruz, who helped me with my stay. Definitely, recommend coming here I promise you won’t be sorry.

Very beautiful property. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Met the owner and he made great recommendations for sites to visit. This is a perfect location with a short drive to many sites without the crowds. We had monkeys visit our balcony the last morning! Amazing ending to a terrific stay! Highly recommend!!!

Since the hotel only has ten rooms and a couple of bungalows it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The staff knew our names and room number which made it a more personable experience. The view was amazing, the grounds were perfectly landscaped rooms were clean and the food was absolutely delicious. The price of the rooms and food were great. Oh and the location was right in the middle of two of the most popular watches in the area.

Beautiful hotel! We stayed in the suite and the views are amazing! Also the monkeys coming to visit on our balcony everyday was a plus. We met the owner, and he was so nice and hospitable. He offered us rides and the staff was so nice and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel was also the most delicious. The pool was beautiful with a great view. Everything here was amazing. I cant recommended enough.

Found this Gem last minute and wish we would have stayed longer. Amazing staff, rooms were stylish and comfortable, and excellent breakfast in the morning. Monkeys in the mango trees were fun to observe. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing stay. The staff was very friendly, including the owner Aamit, who is passionate about service. The pool bar was a fun place to start. The restaurant and food was terrific. If possible try to stay on Friday for the soulful band. The view was great and the rooms were peaceful. The beds were very comfortable. We saw Macaws from the balcony of our very large room, and monkeys every day at about 4 pm. Enjoy. We would definately go back.

Beautiful, modern hotel. We loved the views, the bed was so comfortable, the pool and poolside bar was great. We loved the restaurant and felt the prices were fair. The best part, though, was the staff! Scarlet made the best drinks! Tracy and Bryan were fantastic servers. The food was fantastic!

We saw the resort on our way south. It looked interesting so we checked it out online. We drove back to the and booked one of the last available room. The whole resort has been expanded and renovated. It has an infinity pool overlooking the ocean with a full-service poolside bar. The restaurant serves a wide variety of food with an excellent selection of seafood. Dinner is served inside with excellent views or on an elevated deck designed to take full advantage of the sunset. Service was enthusiastic and professional. We couldn't be happier with our choice.

Hotel Staff was particularly nice. Ashley at the front desk was very accommodating. Restaurant food was good. Bedroom was comfortable. Ocean view spectacular. A little noise issue the 1st night because our room was close to the live entertainment. Overall happy stay.

What a wonderful hotel. People are extremely nice and will make sure you are happy. Food is great and bar has everything you may need. It was so nice that we did not leave the hotel for three days. We had a fantastic time at the new Marala Hotel . The location is perfect as it is close enough to San Jose and Manual Antonio Park .
The room we booked wasn’t ready yet and the owner Aamel upgraded us to and amazing room with Stunning ocean views .They also have a restaurant on site with a skillful Chef and don’t miss out Happy Hour at the pool bar . We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back to stay here again .
