El anfitrión y el desayuno habían dejado de todo y había muchos productos de limpieza
El grifo del lavabo salpicaba muchísimo todo y era incómodo en el baño no hay enchufe para el secador

Todo en general, desayuno muy bueno, localización buena con acceso cercano al transporte que te llevaba al centro de la ciudad. Supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Nos gustó mucho. Javier muy amable y atento!! Cada vez que le preguntaba algo el me contestaba rápido y con mucha amabilidad.
Al principio tuvimos problemas para cerrar la puerta porque no sabíamos como iba. Por lo general todo nos gustó

Location was okay only about a 20 min drive into town.
Was very dirty & unhygienic, Was dirty pants left in the cupboard. Bath water came out bright yellow which isn’t common in Scotland. photos make it look a lot bigger than it actually is.

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment with excellent close transport links for travelling into Edinburgh city centre. The apartment was very clean, welcoming and was well equipped.
Plenty of essential provisions for cooking should you wish. Tesco & Lidl supermarkets are just over the road if you need anything.
Comfortable bed, nice modern bathroom with a good shower.
Cupboards are well stocked for breakfast provisions and plenty of tea!
Instructions are provided for the appliances and heating system.
Perfect for visiting the city for a weekend or a short business trip. I’ll definitely keep this one bookmarked for future visits.
If you were staying here for any extended time, it’s not easy to work out where to empty the waste bin when required.
The apartment complex itself is a quiet area however you can’t ignore the frantic hustle and bustle of the 24 hour supermarket car park across the street.

Javier was a wonderful host and was happy to answer any questions myself and my boyfriend had. The flat was clean and today. The shower was easy to work. The area was extremely quiet as were the neighbours.
Would be good to inform guests of it being a gas cooker as not everyone knows how to work one. Some of the pots and pans need replacing as do some of the other kitchen utensils. The balcony door is a bit fiddle and the handle was coming off and the lock for the front door was a nightmare to open and close.
If you have mobility issues then you might find the walk to the train station a bit difficult as the paths aren't great but there are nearby bus stops.

Breakfast included and well thought through with plenty to choose from.
We had a car so the location was fine but without this it would have been a little tricky.

Easy 5 min walk to train station to get into edinburgh.
Supermarket next door which was very convenient.
Clean and comforable apartment.
Javier was a very pleasant host.
The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable but ok if you're only going to use it for 2 or 3 days.
I wanted to use the bath but the plug does not seal properly and the water drains out.
Netflix would be a nice addition, most places have it now.

Very stuffy sleeping on sofa bed as there is no window to open, we ended up opening the patio door. Luckily it was dry, not sure how we would cope if it had been raining

It was quite small for 4persons also I'd throw out the jar of hard coffees in the cupboard and use single sachets instead.

Very clean property with a very helpful and fast-responding host. The flat heats up really quickly and it is well equipped for the prospective cooks. There is no lack of towels, toiletries, and bed linen/blankets. Good base for travelling around in Edinburgh. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Tesco Extra next door makes a difference as it's open almost 24/7 (note that there is no pharmacy). The wi-fi connected easily and it was fast enough. TV channels were sufficient to keep the kids busy when in flat.
When we arrived the flat was cold. It was late night; we were tired from travelling. Last thing we wanted was to arrive in a cold flat and having to set up the sofa bed with two grumpy kids. It was a good thing that the flat heat up quickly.
Some 'continental' breakfast was missing (i.e. jam, toast, butter). There were cereals and biscuits, milk and coffee (filter or moka). Tesco Extra helped. And the host was quick to provide the missing items.
There were no tablets/liquid for the dishwasher. We didn't mind.
