The apartment is very nice, very clean, 3 bedrooms all with their own private baths! Very comfortable, including the beds! The kitchen was well furnished also!

The instructions for the keypad situation were not correct. I had to call to inform of this and get correct instructions. The tv has Roku. Could never get it to connect. Called for help and sent a screenshot of the error message, but never heard back from anyone, so didn't have tv for the entire stay. Not the biggest deal for me, but it could be a big issue for someone else.
