We stayed 4/19-4/22. The house is beautiful. However that’s the only thing nice that can be said about it. The same roach that the 2 previous renters talked about is still there. I really don’t believe the place is being cleaned between rentals. What is the cleaning fee for? The stove was disgusting, roach powder was everywhere, All over the counters in plain view. Broken your own dishes and utensils. My family came from Virginia and Jersey to stay there. So too short notice to find other arrangements. Also someone came into the property while we weren’t there and we were not notified. Even after reaching out to the owner about the cleanliness nothing was done about it.

This stay did not meet our expectations and we would not recommend this property. When we arrived, we noticed that the home was dirty, including hair on the towels, food on the floor, and a dead bug in a kitchen drawer. Also, as we were unloading, a neighbor expressed concern that we had children in our party as she noted the adjoining walls between this unit and hers are incredibly thin and she was concerned about hearing us. When we went to notify the host of the cleanliness concerns, we noticed that renters the previous weekend had made the exact same complaints in their review, which means that not only were we finding the same issues, but it seems like the host did not clean in between their stay and ours. We contacted the host to try and resolve the issues and were unsuccessful. At one point the host sent a person from a neighboring unit to clean the property. Not only was this a neighbor (not a cleaning service), but also the neighbor was permitted by the host to enter the property unannounced during our reservation. We ultimately decided to find alternate accommodations.

Well, the host was great until check-in, when we had issues. The place wasn’t clean. There was sugar in the cabinet in a soho cup. A dead roach in the drawer with the silverware, body wash and shampoo in the tub from the last guest. Hair on the towels, food on the chairs and the front chain lock was broken. We went outside there were young men hanging on the corner whistling at us. We made a cautious decision as women to go to a hotel. Tried calling the host to let him know, but no reply back. I contacted the VRBO later that night and they immediately got the host on the phone and resolved the issue. The VRBO team was the only part of this experience that made things better.

Keeping in touch with the property owner was easy. They were responsive and professional. The property was clean and there was plenty of space for my group. We were shocked how easy parking was.

The house wasn’t dirty but it did not have a professional clean. There were a few cobwebs on the stairs, if you move the lamp on the night stand you can see it hasn’t been moved to clean underneath. Small things like that. No do rely on the cooking utensil, the dish washer was full of probably clean dishes but we ran it anyway. There is a very random assortment of cutlery, dish ware, cookware. Bring your own supplies if you want to cook. The beds were comfy. There were plenty of pillows and bedding and towels. The place is stylishly decorated. The pull out couch is very comfy. Easy to find, plenty of parking, nice neighbor, felt safe staying here.

Let me start off by saying we did enjoy our stay but the house was lacking in dishes, pots, pans, and silverware. The beds were very comfortable and there was enough space for all 10 of us. There was a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in the shower but everything was empty. There were socks and garbage under the bed and a condom in a wrapper in one of the dresser drawers. There was some flour or something spilled all over in the kitchen cupboard. The neighborhood wasn't the greatest but the next door neighbor was very friendly. We watched a drug deal go down across the street.

Amazing one night stay! The host was nice & communicated very well! I was very grateful & appreciative to book this property!

The house was as advertised…but the microwave was dirty and we had to clean it as soon as we got there. Our dog found some old bread under the bed and one of the drawers in the room had an old dried up condom in it….The house wasn’t completely bad but the neighborhood was very sketchy. I had to keep looking outside to make sure the car we had wasn’t going to get stolen….rent with caution
