We loved our stay. The apartment was super clean and comfortable, walking distance to lots of great shopping and restaurants and easy access to Miami. I loved going for a run right from apartment along the ocean.

Plus: NICE rooftop pool, chaise lounges, 240 degree view over bay! Price. Good view too from unit balcony. Free parking on site. nice lobby. Black out electronic blind: floor to ceiling. good towels. If you want bustling, upscale Coconut Grove, place is great location. Great weather. Shortcomings: We learned parking instructions were wrong: Actually you get parking pass at desk (vs. needing to find it in unit ATER checking in, placing it in car in garage) and can immediately park: IF you are able to check in! VRBO host confirmed we could check in early at 2pm that day, but front desk never informed by her, and so waited hour in lobby for previous check in time to activate. We called host 2x then only to hear back 2 days later. No apology, just that she had an emergency. The discovered key to parking is park only on 3 of the 6 levels where concrete space bumpers have no printing on them. Unit drawbacks: sole lounge chair is broken: tilts forward. Toilet bowl is cracked. TV location not viewable from sofa. No mention that a second 'privacy' screen is available in unit, using remote: we discovered it 4th day there. 7 cracked floor tiles. no promised paper towels, fitted sheet kept on slipping off bed. Free towels ARE available at pool, we learned only upon going to pool. Non working ceiling light. No approved way to get fresh air in unit: Sliding door to always stay closed we were told. Restaurant in hotel being remodeled, closed: no fault of VRBO's though.
