The location and the quality of the accommodation was superb.

Wow! Firstly, what a stunning property. It is absolutely beautiful. Big, modern, easy to maintain, with a beautiful infinity pool, so much space, and a glorious ocean view. it has everything you could possibly need - washing machine, all the cutlery and kitchen utensils you can imagine, an oven, coffee machine, grill, three ensuite bedrooms, a barbecue, and even a ping pong table AND the equipment. Not to mention cards and games. It really was mesmerising. Brilliantly, there aren't many other villas close by, so we had no fear of disturbing other people with our music or barbecues. It was quiet and incredible. The beach is just a 10/15 minute walk away too, though a STEEP hill coming back up! If you stay here, definitely visit one of the closest restaurants - Amenos - BEAUTIFUL.

There was a minor frustration with how steep the driveway is, as often the taxis didn't want to drive up it - presumably as they thought they might scratch their cars - so we would have to come down the hill, which wasn't great for the ladies in heels all dressed up for a wedding! That was also a little scary on our quad bikes we hired, as it's so steep. It was sad to see how the gym equipment hadn't been maintained or presumably protected from the rain, as it is outside and had gone rusty in places. We were all looking forward to using it but none of us did. Finally, and this will only be a problem for certain people like me who are allergic to cats. Obviously much of Greece has stray cats, but there were two or three cats that almost seemed to live at the property, with bowls for water and cat food under the sink, seemingly at the expectation of feeding them. They would wait at the door in the mornings and try to go inside every time we left the door open, drink from the swimming pool and never, ever leave, but worryingly they would also fight each other, leaving gashes and wounds on their faces and blood coming out of them, which is not very nice to see around the pool area! There's also a property across the road that has a dog, and we could hear it barking for much of the night, every night. It did disturb the lighter sleepers. The location was fine, though we would very much recommend quad bikes, as you're kind of between the two towns. For us, at least, a trip into Skala without our quads in a taxi was 15 Euros each way, so could work out costly. There are no shops nearby.

The villa exceeded all expectations with some of the most incredible views we’ve ever seen. Overlooking the sea with a huge infinity pool, the view makes your jaw drop as soon as you walk in. Beautifully designed stone villa with huge floor to ceiling windows, large rooms that are all en-suite with massage showers, lots of outdoor dining spaces and views, did I mention the views?!

Nothing, it was pretty much perfect!
