The location was excellent with just a short walk to Whitecap Beach. Property was clean and comfortable. Onsite laundry was a bonus.

The upstairs neighbors were loud and you could here them waling back and forth so much that we couldn't sleep at night. When we asked them to keep it down a bit they said they weren't being loud. After that, what sounded like a child stomping and running back and forth was heard through the ceiling. We actually left a day early due to the noise. This is not the hosts fault, but just be aware this may happen to you.

Great location near the beach was what we were looking for

How clean it was. There were plenty towels for our stay. Near the beach.

Bed was alittle firmer than was used to but was not in pain of any sort.

It was cozy and in a great location.

I wish the bedroom had an actual door on it instead of hanging curtains for more privacy. We wanted some more alone time while keeping the kids in the living room on the pull out. It didn't get us that vibe. The bathroom is also only accessible through the bedroom, which is also tricky with small children if you are wanting the bedroom to yourself at night. Oh well, it was still a great price.

The location was close to the beach but not right on it. It was spacious for my family of 3.

I pulled the soft bed out for my daughter to get it prepared for the night ahead of time. There were blood stains on the mattress protector. I blew it off, just took it off and made the bed for her. Later that night when I went to bed in the main bedrooms I was taking pillows off and noticed the comforter also had blood stains. If you can’t get the blood out of the linens, I recommend tossing them. Nothing makes a stay worse than thinking you are missing something. One of the bathroom lights didn’t work until we were getting ready to leave our stay. There was a dead cockroach in the tub also when we were leaving. Had it not been for the blood stains on several items, I would have rated higher because it was fairly enjoyable for the cost.

The kitchen was fully staffed, the location was amazing, and the room was clean and the comfortable.

There was very little I didn’t like, the only thing I would have different is a more comfortable sofa bed. You could feel the springs and it didn’t come down all the way.
