The apartment is beautiful and remodeled. It is very well-equipped with everything you’ll need. The property is also in a great location and good parting point to all your activities on the island. Walking distance to several outdoor restaurants, cafes (try “So Benedict” for a traditional French breakfast), shops, and a beautiful super market in downtown Marigot. The property owner is very welcoming and attentive. Remember you’re in France here so don’t forget your A/C adapters for your devices and chargers.

Maybe a fan on the porch, in the afternoon it gets very hot on the porch.

Very compact and safe but had everything you need including a coffee machine and large TV. Nice patio area with beautiful views and sounds of the sea and sailing boats. The complex has a lovely clean swimming pool . Location is ideal for walking into Marigot Town . The hosts are a lovely French couple who drove us to a lovely nearby beach town for the day when they discovered we didn’t have a car .

Maybe get a kettle for British quests! We love tea!

Very attentive host. Beach side location and views. Safe and quiet too. Washing machine was appreciated as had relatively few clothes due to lost bag. Walkable to town and restaurants. Easy parking too.
