Comfortable hotel in a well-connected and safe part of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful with arranging taxis to the bus station. The room was clean. The bedsheets were warm which helped with the cooler temperatures at night. Hot shower with good water pressure!

Staff were very friendly. Front desk all spoke excellent English which helped.

Only one lift but nothing major

Las cerraduras de las puertas. muy seguras y tecnológicas. La recepción un 7 muy atentos a todo, no así los demás del personal, específicamente limpieza. Por eso nos mudamos a otro hotel.

El baño se mojaba todo cuando uno se duchaba y no tenia puerta, era todo junto y me pareció de muy mal gusto eso.

Overall very strange hotel. No atmosphere. We arrived at 6am from being on a flight all night. We were looking forward to some rest. The hotel allocated us a room on the 2nd floor which was being renovated. Banging all day and also our room was facing the street so even more loud street noise. Carnaval was also on so loud music blaring all day and night. Also no blackout curtains so you can’t sleep during the day. Terrible. You couldn’t lock the balcony door. Rooms were freezing and no way of heating up room, shower was lukewarm and the pressure kept adjusting, weak and strong. Large wardrobe but nothing to hang clothes on. No clothes hangers. Beds were extremely hard. For a new hotel the furniture is old and shabby. There was a very strong smell of paint in our room. We expected more. All we wanted was to get some sleep. Breakfast bad, tasteless. Better to find a cafe for breakfast. Wifi also not working when we arrived. Do not know how this hotel has so many good reviews. Would not recommend this hotel.

The location is great, close to el Prado and lots of restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel is the best with an amazing view, great chef and staff. Alejandro at the front desk was very attentive and helpful!

We stayed on the 6th floor and the restaurant was right on top of us so it was quite loud all the time, early morning and late night until restaurant was closed so not the most relaxing if wanting peace and quiet, maybe another floor is better for this. At the same time our room had an amazing view that you can’t even get at the Ritz which we stayed before. Restaurant and service much better than Ritz.

Good location, modern clean room if a little small, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Clean, hot shower and kind staff! Shower was amazing so I extended the hotel and also receptionist Jose was very kind and professional, he read atmosphere and gave me advice of trip, when I asked something he kindly answered very well, it was very helpful!!! Thank you so much!!

Ubicación céntrica y alcance de todo. La habitación cómoda, amplia, limpia y con diseño moderno

Poca variedad de alimentos para el desayuno. En momentos cuando habian muchos huéspedes, días la cantidad de alimentos era insuficiente y el personal del hotel a cargo, demoraba mucho en reponer el alimento cuando se acababa.

Das Zimmer ist modern und super ausgestattet. Ein paar Haken im Bad könnten noch angebracht werden. Das Restaurant im Dach ist auch schön. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine Tour zum Tikitakasee gebucht. Die Fahrt war lang aber hat sich gelohnt.

Einige Möbelstücke müssen nochmal befestigt werden und im Bad könnten ein paar Haken nachgerüstet werden aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Alles super.

Modern and comfortable with AWESOME water pressure compared to our other experiences in Bolivia. The staff were mostly friendly and accommodating and the hotel is very central.

Mixed messages about laundry facilities - one receptionist said we couldn’t drop off the next day and then when we checked the next day they said of course they could do it. Also, the laundry service stitched all the pairs of our socks together and put a brown thread with a knot through every item of clothing - which was an absolute PAIN to remove!

It felt safe staying here in a not so touristy part of town. Things were close enough to walk to. Room was nice with a cool view

The things in the room were not all installed properly- not a big deal but an easy fix to make it seem cleaner

El desayuno y atención Excelente, Indira no se si se escribe asi excelente su atención, atenta. Los desayuno me gustaron todos dias, su cafe me gusto mucho. Los señores de la recepción me ayudaron mucho, atentos no recuerdo el nombre del chico que me ayudo con las maletas cuando llegue y cuando me retire, me ayudaron con la computadora,. Volveria escoger ese Hotel. su personal excelente.

A manera personal me hubiese gustado que tuviera aire acondicionado, pero creo que ningún Hotel por la zona lo usa por el clima. Sin embargo, a mi como me pego la altura, hubo noches que senti calor.

Personal nicht sonderlich engagiert. Funktionales Business Hotel ohne jegliches Flair. Sehr nüchtern. Andere Hotels in der Preisklasse in La Paz bieten mehr Ambiente und Freundlichkeit.

O hotel é novíssimo e moderno. O banho é muito bom. Café da manhã bem servido. A cama é confortável e dormimos muito bem. A localização é próxima de muitos restaurantes e apenas uns 15 minutos a pé dos pontos mais importantes.

Teve muito barulho no dia da chegada pois tinha festa acontecendo no salão. Também estavam em obras no segundo andar. Não quiseram fazer mais duas diárias direto no balcão, disseram que a reserva devia ser feita pelo Booking (mas daí já estava o triplo do preço). Por essa razão teremos que nos hospedar em outro hotel na volta a La Paz.

Não entendo a boa avaliação que este hotel tem: passei duas noites aí e tive uma das piores experiências de hospedagem em anos viajando. A cama e o chuveiro do hotel são muito bons, mas as vantagens param aí. Em relação ao café da manhã: o horário de consumo começa tarde e termina cedo (das 7:00 às 9:30). No primeiro dia chegamos para o café às 9:00, e mais da metade do itens do buffet já tinham acabado. Alguns só foram repostos depois que pedimos pessoalmente na recepção. No segundo dia chegamos às 7:00 e praticamente nada estava servido. Saímos de lá às 7:30 e o buffet estava sendo ainda montado, muita gente estava indignada esperando para comer.... Sem falar na qualidade dos produtos: pouca variedade, tudo industrializado, açucarado, etc. O quarto em que fiquei hospedado tinha sérios problemas com isolamento acústico. Pude ouvir a conversa dos quartos próximos; além do ruído intenso da rua que passava direto pela janela do meu quarto (o hotel fica em uma zona de tráfego intenso). Mas o mais indignante foi o ruído vindo de cima: até a meia-noite, em ambos os dias em que estive hospedado, ouvi insistentemente móveis sendo arrastados e todo o tipo de barulho, isso foi realmente muito desconfortável. Como se não bastasse, no sábado ocorreu um aniversário nos espaços do hotel, e isso gerou ainda mais ruído por todos os lados. Foi simplesmente IMPOSSÍVEL descansar. Como se não bastasse tudo isso, ainda por cima no check-out a camareira insinuou que eu teria pego um controle remoto do quarto. Por favor, imagine o que eu poderia fazer com um controle remoto de outro país?!!?!? Esse hotel precisa urgentemente melhorar, certamente a maior parte dos problemas não é culpa dos funcionários, mas infelizmente não tenho muito o que destacar a respeito dos mesmos, com excessão dos que trabalham na portaria.

Beds are comfortable, the staff is really polite, the rooms are very warm and comfortable. The breakfast is okay. The balcony is very nice.

There is so much noise from outside like cars and parties. The view was not pretty, just old run down buildings. The breakfast bread buns were a bit dry.

The location was excellent. Very close to major transit and commercial sectors.

The breakfast could use a little work. It was simple and often gone if you came down after 8am. The restaurant was delicious, but it would be great if we could pay with credit card.

Good value for money.

No take-away cups for coffee in the morning

Hotel is conveniently located near the light blue and purple stations of the mi teleferico cable car station. Hotel is located near the main shopping district and many restaurants open till late. Recommend “dumbo”for dinner… it’s nice and value for money. Overall area is safe to walk at night. Facilities in the hotel are very new.
