Rika was incredibly hospitable, she recommended restaurants and places around that we could visit and even provided us with an area map. The rooms were well furnished with quality materials and there was ample space to move around. The breakfast was cooked by Rika using locally sourced ingredients. They were beautifully platted and was very delicious. The location is near a lawson convenience store, makes it easy to get necessities. Would stay here if I am back in Furano again. If you happen to visit during the right season, it will be very beautiful as the place is surrounded by sunflowers.

お部屋は清潔でご夫妻のおもてなしに大満足です。個々価値観に違いはありますが、コスパ良くて申し訳ないくらいです。 これまでの口コミに改善、対策なさる様子に真面目でお人柄の良さも感じます。湯船のある部屋風呂、クローゼット、スーツケースもゆったり広げられる落ち着いた部屋、USB、Type-Cさせてコンセントもベッド、デスク、テレビ横…便利。美味しい朝食、近所に食事出来るお店、コンビニ徒歩圏内でした。 ご近所グルメやソフトクリーム色々アルバムに写真コメント見せて頂き、昼食、夕食に活用助かりました。 スキーシーズンも楽しみで是非再訪したいです。

良くなかった点は特にありません。 以下は宿泊なさる方へ 2023.9時点アメニティお知らせ ハンドソープ、ボディソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、タオル、バスタオル、ポット、カップ、冷蔵庫、エアコン、ヘアドライヤー、消臭スプレー、ゴミ箱、ハンガー、テレビ、フリーWi-Fi、スリッパお部屋にありました。　玄関、部屋はカードキー。玄関で靴を下駄箱に入れて入るスタイルです。 歯ブラシセット、部屋着、カミソリ、化粧水等、ボディタオル、ヘアブラシ持参しました。別途購入可の物も有る様ですが、使い慣れた物使いたいので困りませんでした。 ラベンダーが終わった９月もファーム、街は花々で素敵な富良野でした。

Forget all the 4-star or 5-star hotels, when it comes to hospitality, attention to details and exceptional service, Air Furano is in the top league. It starts with the welcome, which is not only a drink, but a pleasant talk with Rika, who runs the facility. And she helps you with everything, whether it's tips on events in the area, hints to places to explore, or shopping tips. If you are into cycling, her husband will help you organizing that. All in all exceptional, including the self-made breakfast! I definitely want to come again!

There was nothing I didn't like, just 2 little things you should be aware of when staying at Air Furano: 1. The stairs to 2F are quite steep with short areas to step on. 2. Bring your own jinbei (甚平), there is none provided by the hotel.
