We arrived at 1am and checked in. Our carpet was soaked and out toilet ran randomly all night.

This is a quiet hotel off of the main road, easy access from Metcalf rd. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

The room was good besides the refrigerator in the room was disgusting, had mold all over the inside and the smell was awful, the toilet kept making a noise, and when my daughter and I went to the pool and then were getting ready to leave the pool we couldn’t use our key card to get back into the side door. So we had to walk around to the front lobby to get back to our room.

Charges pet fees for service animals

Loved the outdoor pool and the kindness of the staff. The price was great too.

The front desk Clerk was very rude. Even though we had prepaid through Hotels. com and there was no extra charge for 2 children, she kept insisting that there was a charge. The shower in one of our rooms would not shut off and maintenance has to be called to fix it . There were holes in the curtains and a large stain on the bedspread.

Had a weird conversation with a staff guy, but overall it was a good experience

The room was dated. The shower was so strong that the water blew out the back end of the tub and got the floor entirely wet so it was a little dangerous when you got out of the shower. The same with the sink you turn the water on and it splashed your clothes. The beds were not comfortable and the whole hotel had a weird smell to it. There was not enough towels in the room nor washcloths the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers did not work. I would say it was a “meh” experience.

Great location, the rooms needs a good cleaning. We had the luxury suite and it is right next to the automatic main door, the door is very loud in the room. The whirlpool didn’t work. There were crumbs every where.

Dirty bathroom. Toilet was un-flushed from someone before. Only 2 squares of toilet paper left on the roll. Bathtub was gray with dirt. They had dispensers for shampoo and other toiletries and there were drips all the way down the shower wall. The faucet and handles were dirty. There was blue liquid stuff on the counter of the sink. The metal tissue dispenser was covered in rust. Crusty dirty carpet made my feet dirty. Thin towels. bedspread had stains and some thing like caramel spilt on it. Breakfast was cereal, bananas pancakes. Bread and bagels. The scrambled eggs were in 2 small crockpots and floating in liquid. No other proteins like meat. Hard boiled Eggs or yogurt. At check out at 11 am there was no one at the desk. I waited awhile then hit a desk bell. A woman appeared wearing a sweatshirt and sweatpants. Not a 4 star uniform Out front the garden areas were filled with cigarette butts There was no smoking disposal container available. This is not a 4 star property. The staff was friendly and the room was generally in good condition. However, the bedding was either not very clean or just a little too old, especially the pillows. The rest of the room was clean enough.

Upon check in, it looked ok. In my room someone used the toilet before I got there!! Yellow water! I immediately went to get cleaning supplies! The room smelled weird, the single ice machine area was so gross! My door doesn’t not shut properly and felt I safe!

The room is a fairly good size and comfortable bed. The staff were quite pleasant and helpful. My only recommendation is ensure that the shower toiletries are filled (mine was empty) and the towels were quite thin, may need to be replaced.

Dirty comforter that appeared to be stained with urine, but staff exchanged it right away upon request. Breakfast was very basic.

Rather quick stay, but found the room in very good condition. Front desk staff person was very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend and stay again.

The room was a good size but run-down in appearance. Shoddy repair work in the bathroom. Towels were dingy. Elevator was filthy with food on the floor and mystery stains on the wall. The whole place needed a deep clean and updates. Bed was worn with permanent body indentations

The breakfast was NOT GOOD! The room had a bed....it was comfortable but that's about it. Sketchy neighborhood. I would NOT stay there again and I'm glad we were only there to sleep and go.

This property smells like ramen and Indian food. One night it smelled like ground beef. The room was big. The bedding for our king bed was the best part. Very nice and comfortable, HOWEVER the pull out sofa bed was thin, had a plastic LOUD cover over it so that was horrible at night. The pull out also had mildew on it, when I asked for Clorox wipes to clean it the manager just brought in “safe for kids chemical spray” and sprayed it- didn’t wipe it up just sprayed it. The remotes to Both TVs were tripping. One didn’t work at all so we had to us the room TV remote for both and it took forever to turn the TV off. The closet by the door also had “mold” looking stuff on the wall. Breakfast was lacking. They had a pancake machine, eggs, mini muffins, toast, cereal and bagels. Juice and coffee. Also, if you have a kid 12 or older be prepared to pay $10 dollars a day extra for them.. what for? IDK. Also ice machine is only on 2nd and 4th floor. At night it’s so close to the freeway you hear a lot of car traffic noise and we heard a lot of street racing/ motorcycles sounds.

The hotel room was very nice and updated and very clean. One of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. I’m very fair reasonable price for the suite which comes with a couch in a chair in a extra living room type setting to unwind in
