Everything was clean and new; comfy bed and nice shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free bottles of water and coffee in the common kitchen :)
The location was also good, very close to a bus stop and two underground stations.
The room was pretty small, so it was a bit difficult to move around.

Wasser gibt da umsonst. Das Personal war freundlich.
Die Unterkunft wird momentan renoviert. Das war uns nicht bekannt. Die Wände sind sehr dünn. Ich hätte eine Untehaltung mit Personen aus anderen Zimmern führen können. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein.

Definitivamente negativo su tutto. Esperienza da non ripetere.
La stanza è priva di finestra,il solo spazio di un letto matrimoniale addossato alla parete, un armadio, un micro bagno, al quarto piano, senza ascensore con gradini stretti e ripidi. L'intero stabile è in ristrutturazione spandendo odori di vernice fin nella piccola stanza assegnatami.
Quanto sopra dovrebbe essere chiarito in fase di prenotazione per allertare chi, come il sottoscritto,
soffre di claustrofobia e attacchi asmatici.
Ho da subito rimostrato la mia insoddisfazione chiedendo una stanza almeno rispondente alle foto pubblicitarie, ma senza risultati.
Ho cercato di trovare un'alternativa, tentativo rivelatosi drammatico per la completa indisponibilità in tutta Lisbona. Riuscito solo per la prima notte al costo di ben € 325 dimostrabili. A meno di dover dormire sotto un ponte sono stato costretto a usare la prenotazione per le due notti restanti. È stato un calvario. In tantissimi anni che viaggio per lavoro non ho mai avuto esperienze così negative che imputo a chi ha raccolto e confermata la prenotazione : Booking.
Non a ripago della drammatica esperienza, sarebbe apprezzato un messaggio di scusa e il rimborso di quanto speso in eccedenza.

Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt untern im Haus eine kleine Brauerei, leider hatten wir keine Gelegenhei das Bier zu probieren.
Es gab Lärm wegen Bauarbeiten im Haus.

La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada muy acogedor el espacio
El baño es un poco incomodo tienes que entrar a la ducha para poder cerrar la puerta y usar el vater, y la puerta de la ducha es muy pequeña

A única coisa é que o prédio não possui elevador, então quem chega com malas pesada acaba sofrendo um pouco para subir as escadas. Mas isso não é nada comparado aos pontos positivos.

Pokój z baaaardzo wygodnym łóżkiem! Czysta łazienka w pokoju, butelkowana woda dostępna w lodówce, kawa z ekspresu na kapsułki.
W pokoju było słychać wszystko to, co działo się na korytarzu a nawet budzik kogoś w innym pokoju.

Zeer kleine 1 pers kamer, maar goed bed en schoon, keukentje ernaast met gratis koffie en thee en je kunt er koken, voor 30 e per nacht een prima prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding en zeer behulpzame beheerder
Buurt is niet zo goed, wel Indiaas restaurantje op de hoek

O barulho que os hospedes fizeram apartir das 22h00, assim como falarem alto até às 01h00 da madrugada, hospedes do quarto 504. Refriro-me à noite de 30/04/2024.
Era bom que os hospedes pudessem entender, que as reservas também são para pessoas que estão em trabalho e precisam de descansar.

i like the property but not the owner
they said they will provide me certificate of stay after that they delayed and even not answering my call as well as still i haven't get my certificate of legal stay in the hotel, as i have to submit in my work place so it was too much disappointment for me.

No hot water, Wi-Fi is not working, everything is under construction, lack of communication of the staff, room smell like room painting. This room is not ready

Although it doesn’t have lift, the facilities are great and clean. You have daily housekeeping. Good price.

This accomodation is near the key areas of Lisbon. The price was also quite good. There was a kitchen with some utensils so you could e.g. cut bread. There was a micro in the kitchen too. The room was a bit chilly but there was a heat pump that you could use to make it comfortably warm.
The room you sleep in was real small. It was a little wider than the bed and the only other furniture there was a cupboard. This was not a big problem. The real problem was that during the day (started early) there was some kind of construction going in that building. There were some power tools used and that created a lot of noise. Think the noise the neigbourghs made would have been enough.

I loved the location, in a nice residential neighborhood nice dive bars and great coffee shops. If you don't want to stay in the touristy part of lisbon this is a great area for sure!

Avevo capito che il bagno fosse in camera, invece era in comune, ma avevo pagato per bagno privato. Il bagno era di dimensioni incredibilmente ridotte, credo un metro per un metro e cinquanta centimetri, la stanza di dimensioni ridottissime ci può anche stare se non fosse per il cattivo odore. Insomma dopo decine di anni che viaggio non avevo mai visto nulla di simile.

-Location: It is not center center but really close. Close to the metro and bus stations, only a few stops to the center, easy to go to anywhere, there are supermarkets, restaurants just near by. For the price it's perfect.
-Cleanliness: superb. I did not expect to have daily cleaning service but there is. Amazing.
-Staff: awesome, nothing to complain about, they are friendly and even some can't speak english, they try real hard to help, with google translate it's just fine.
-Is it good money value? I would say the price is good and you get the best you could for the price.
-Ambience: It is quite but the place is quite small so noises from the other guests can't be avoided. BRING NOISE CANCELLING EAR PLUGS!
-My room had a window on the roof so light woke me up early on the first day, but I used an eyes cover so all good.
They have a kitchen with coffee, tea, glasses, plates, washing machine, microwave.
The only inconvient thing is the rooms are on 4th or 5th floor without elevator so you might sweat a little with the luggages.
Nothing bothered me, to be honest, I'd say I got what I paid for.

The bed was small and old. the balcony windows didn't close and with the bar below it was too noisy to sleep. Also, the kitchen had very few kitchenware.

Peço desculpas mas não houve nada de bom. Talvez o check-in que pude fazer próximo as 23:00
Gemidos de 2 homens a fazerem s**o no quarto ao lado direito. Lençóis com manchas. Máquina de café não funcionava. Deixei um redbull no frigorífico para arrefecer e quando fui buscar sumiu.
