not organised, very far compare to price and service. beds are broken. not hospitable. broken utilities. everytime need to take taxi to go to nabawi. very bad

there is nothing to like. no service is offered,

the facility is very bad, shouldn't be on booking.com site for selection. the rate is too high for very bad facility and very bad service, the rate we paid is high enough for 5 starts hotels with full service. we blame booking.com for having such facility and miss lead the customers for such facility. even the doors are broken, no towels available, no TV working, ... too much issues for this location to host people.

The hotel size is very good. Specialy for family members and group friends trip.

The toilet has bad smell. Don't have tissue paper.

I was disappointment with the lack of basic amenities, poor maintenance, and safety concerns. It's important for hotels to provide comfortable and safe accommodations for their guests, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short in that regard.

I did not have a good experience at the hotel due to the lack of basic amenities such as towels and an iron, as well as the poor condition of the room with broken walls and a roof that seemed unsafe. I did not feel comfortable or safe during their stay, which is a crucial aspect of any hotel experience. I asked the towel and the staff gave me a tissue paper to wipe after shower and I thought he was joking but he was serious and he told me to walk 2km and buy towel from the mall. I requested an iron so i can iron my cloths the staff to me the hotel does not have iron and I should go across the street to do laundry. Worse placed i stayed in 15 countries. This hotel shouldn’t be allowed on booking.com Very unsafe building. They even had naked wires plugged in. Felt super unsafe specially having kids in the room.

Avoid if you don't speak Arabic or know your way about. It's about 30 minutes walk to the haram. The general people in the area are helpful and friendly and tell you directions to masjid and food places. Nothing like the peaceful city of Medina.

The staff at the reception was not very helpful. Spoke only egyptian Arabic. Booked a family room but had to share it with someone else. The room was big. Bed was uncomfortable and noisy. . No towels were provided. Bathroom was broken shower area. Did an early check out. Made the reception guy so happy.

Everything was very bad. The staff were very un helpful. There is no towel in the room, shower weren't working, there is no tissue paper in the toilet, fridge is not working, there is no kettle. Is to far from Masjid Nabvi, every time you have ti pick Taxi for go to Masjid Al Haram , Masjid Nabvi. The staff was very bad.
