The sunnyboy house was close to everything and far enough from the boardwalk for a quiet nights sleep! Very clean and tidy as well

Sunny Boy was easy to get into & having indoor parking for your car was great. The house was very clean. The master bedroom had the most comfortable bed. We rode the bikes provided up to and along the boardwalk which was fun. Definitely a good place for a family or group of friends.

This property worked perfectly for my family’s weekend trip. We were attending an event at the Convention Center and the location was perfect. The house was clean and the two garage parking spaces were a huge plus. The owners were great to work with and we have nothing but great things to say about this rental.

This condo was even better in person. Very convenient with 2 parking spots in the indoor garage and you don’t have to be in the rain to unload your car. The home owners were so thoughtful and had so many things that you may need there. There were sheets on the beds, TVs in each room, and towels. Some rental units are barebones but not this one. It is tastefully decorated and felt like home. I truly enjoyed it and felt like I was staying at family’s house. If we return next year I’d love to book again. Instructions were super clear even with photos to help make everything as smooth as possible. Definitely recommend James and Donna’s place

When arriving the condo was very welcoming and homie. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. It was clean and had pretty much everything available in case you needed it. The condo was clean. I would 100%use this place to seat again.

From the moment we arrived we all felt comfortable. The property had everything we needed and some things we didn't know we needed. The place was clean and well stocked. I would definitely rent from James and Donna again

What a wonderful place to stay while in Wildwood, NJ. The unit is beautiful and well appointed. It truly is a home away from home. We loved the beautiful plants around the unit and honestly everything was perfect for our stay.

This by far was the best VRBO property we have ever stayed at, from the initial booking with the owners to the conclusion of our visit. James was always very responsive to all communications and even provided several recommendations for restaurants and other food shops in the local area and in Cape May. I reserved this condo for our family to attend my son's graduation from the Coast Guard basic training course in Cape May, which is about 5 miles from the condo. Our party consisted of 4 adults and we had plenty of room for all of us, with the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The condo was beautifully decorated in beach themes and you can tell the owners put special effort into making it very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance you could think of, along with a great assortment of spices for cooking. An extra bonus was the garage parking for 2 vehicles, as parking can sometimes be an issue being so close to the beach. It was nice not to have to worry about finding parking every time we left to go somewhere. And finally, we greatly enjoyed the bicycles that were provided with the condo. We rode on several days and after seeing the bike rental prices, this was definitely a great plus! We would definitely stay in this location again if we were in the area and highly recommend it to anyone.

This unit is much prettier in person than what the photos show! The owner’s truly have an eye for detail and we lacked for nothing. This unit has it all and the owners are very, very nice. Great location as well. We would definitely return and would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. The house was within walking distance to many restaurants and the boardwalk/beach. We enjoyed using the bikes each day and going for long walks around Wildwood. Great getaway!!

We are so glad we booked James and Donna’s Sunny Boy Beach House for our weekend away in Wildwood. From the minute we arrived it was evident the owners have spent much time and energy making sure everything is in perfect order. This place is super clean, well stocked, and has plenty of room for a family to stretch out and relax. The location is great with just a short walk to the the boardwalk and beach. Great communication with the owners. We would without hesitation stay here again, and, if you are reading this, think you should too!

In short it was a great place from beginning to end, top to bottom. Private garage, 2 balconies, close to boardwalk, great neighborhood, everything walking distance and owners communication is fast and on point. We will definitely be trying to book during summer season.
