The many glass tables were not toddler friendly. The two upstairs bed mattresses were in poor condition and uncomfortable. The basement setup was great with all age groups. Lots of entertainment on a rainy day.

This was our second time staying there. That's how much we liked it. Lot's of things to do! We had 5 teenagers staying there that loved it, That should tell you something.

Great property!!! This is our 3rd year at this property, we love staying there. We bring boats to ski and a boat to fish and the kids swim and play on a big pad that can be tied to the dock. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and we bring plenty of food to cook.

This property was great for our two family with kids vacation. It is close to town, on a secluded street, and spacious. We brought our 20' speedboat and the cove was calm enough for us to keep it on the dock the entire week. It is shallow (~4') and uncovered so keep that in mind if there is going to be bad weather. I would stay here again.
A few negative things that didn't really take much away from our enjoyment were struggles keeping the basement room temps cool enough (poor AC circulation in a few rooms), couldn't figure out how the main kitchen/living room drapes opened, and some initial miscommunication around door code that delayed our entry into the unit. In the end all relatively minor issues.

This property delivered everything that we expected. We cooked the majority of our meals on premises and it was made easy by the supplies available to us. We weee comfortable being on the water’s edge with the smaller children due to being on the beginning end of Lake Hamilton. The water wasn’t very deep at all and they could manage with floats and feel safe. We all had a lovely time and would go back to this same property again!

This is a beautiful property.
PROs: The location was the best with easy access to bath row and it was on a dead end street so there was no traffic. Living spaces was clean and very usable. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of sleeping space and the beds were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were convenient to the bedrooms and we and plenty of hot water. This is definitely a five star property.
CONs: lower level bedrooms did not stay as cool as the lower gameroom space and need fans to move the air. The dock is beautiful but there were no fish other than a few small bluegills. Bring your own TP.
Overall, we have no complaints and were very pleased with our vacation and i would recommend this location to my friends.

A Snake got in the house and we could not sleep peacefully the rest of the vacation. I was ready to go. My entire family was tormented by the SNAKE. All though the owner came immediately over to kill the snake in the house. It still interrupted vacation time and we were NOT compensated in anyway for the inconvenience

Our family of 10 adults and 2 children enjoyed our time at this peaceful home in a quiet cove on Lake Hamilton. Note that there is a step down living area upstairs and numerous steps down to lower level of a game room, theater, lounging area and 3 bedrooms. Only a couple of issues found but a quick call to Jessica and all was good again. We would consider this property for a return visit to Hot Springs.

Beautiful accommodations for an extended family of 14. Plenty of room and comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. Property owners were very responsive and a pleasure communicating with them. A great experience!

I teach at a very small school in Arkansas, we brought 9 students to FFA State Convention in Hot Springs. Instead of crowded hotel rooms, we chose this lovely home. Our students were so excited to play on the ping pong and pool table. The movie room was perfect for my age group as well. This is an experience my students will never forget.

This large house accommodated our family reunion very very nicely. We enjoyed local attractions like Garvan Gardens and Lake Catherine state park. And of course the house is right on a secluded beautiful cove of Lake Hamilton. The host was responsive and quick to address a couple small issues.
FYI If you or members of your party have mobility challenges with steps, note that there are lots of steps in and around this house.

All of our beds were very comfortable. However, the shower for the bedroom first level that had a shower over a tub, the shower head was way too low. We were not able to shampoo our hair in the shower. there were no bath mats in any of the bathrooms and no washcloths. There were no kitchen towels for washing or drying dishes in the kitchen. also, We wanted to fish off the dock at night, and and could not because there were no lighting in the backyard, down the stairs to the deck or on the deck.

We celebrated my aunt's 85th birthday. Everyone was above 56 yrs old. The upstairs bedrooms were great for our seniors and the others were down stairs near the wonderful amenities. You will not be disappointed. The responsive host was amazingly quick and a pleasure to work with.
I have a small suggestion that appears to be in the progress of adding to the property already, a frig and microwave in the lower level, please.
Also, not sure if its possible to make the driveway not so steep. Limited parking and narrow streets. We have had 2 trucks, 1 car and tight. Theater room only played DVDs. Host provided about a dozen or more to select from. Bring your DVDs should be mentioned in description.

This home was just as described and is perfectly located. It is quiet and on the water but just minutes away from everything you may need. It is also beautifully decorated.

The house was beautiful the homeowners were really nice always got back to us right away some remotes were missing in batteries were missing they took care of that as fast as possible housekeeping left beard cans and one bottles in nightstand and we had a termite inspection or last day there but all in all I would definitely recommend this home the managers were on top of it everything and very polite and the home is very beautiful and spacious plenty of room for everybody to be together but still have their own privacy

McKenzie Cove was the perfect fit for our family. No matter the age, there was something for everyone. We spent hours kayaking and just being entertained by the flocks of geese and ducks. The dock area provided so much privacy and the house is unbelievable-clean and spacious. The ping pong table, pool table and movie room were "hits"! Jessica is the perfect host!

This house is amazing! Great views! Great space! Great indoor entertainment for everyone for a rainy day! (Theatre room, pool table, ping pong table and board games!) Walmart is right there in case you forget anything. Super close to Oaklawn for racing, casino and date night at one of their restaurants! The owner checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything and were having a great time! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home that is so close to everything! Serene views of Lake Hamilton - we especially enjoyed watching the geese and ducks. The house had plenty of inside entertainment as well.....theatre room, pool table, ping pong table and an assortment of games and books. Overall just an excellent experience. Our family will definitely be booking again!

10 out of 10 would recommend. We had a terrific experience. The property is close to the center of Hot Springs which makes it very convenient. Given the central location we were pleasantly surprised by the serene views from the back porch. The house sits opposite a large block of woods so it feels very tranquil and we loved watching the ducks each morning while drinking our coffee from the porch. The bunk room downstairs is great for kids because there's a pool table, pingpong, and a theatre room. I contacted the host after we accidentally broke something and was pleasantly surprised to interact with the actual home owner rather than a property management company. Jessica was so helpful. This will be the first place I look when I book our next trip to Hot Springs.
