A lovely, bright apartment convenient to Old Town and all of Scottsdale. It’s nicely renovated, equipped with quality cookware, linens and neutral furnishings. It has everything necessary to feel at home in a comfortable, quiet development walkable to some shopping and the hiking/biking Maricopa trail. Host is a pleasure to deal with.

What an awesome place. Everything you need for a long-term stay. Excellent location. Quiet and peaceful. Alison is a great host. Couple of little things that were taken care of very very quickly. I would definitely stay here again. Everything you need is nearby from restaurants to grocery stores.

We stayed in this condo for several weeks in February/March of 2023. I arrived a day before my wife, and my first impression could not have been better. Alison was an excellent host- she was there to meet me upon arrival, waiting on the street to guide me to the condo and the double garage. I hadn't thought much about having a garage before arriving, but it sure was appreciated once we were there. The McCormick ranch area of Scottsdale, where the condo is located, is beautiful. There are many amenities close by - including walking/biking trails, shopping and restaurants. Hop in your car, and there are tons of services and things to do within a short drive. The complex is very nice, with two separate pools - heated to 86 degrees f - which was really nice as it was unseasonably cool in Phoenix this year. There were also decent community bbq's at both pool complexes , and a hot tub and decent clubhouse at the main pool. The small gym could be improved if there were some more free weights, but otherwise acceptable. The condo itself is wonderful. Its about 1300 sq ft, but feels even bigger with the open ceilings, patios doors and windows. The outdoor balcony was perfect - with a great view of the mountains, the adjacent golf course and for happy hour while watching the sun set behind the mountains. There was very little to want for - virtually everything you need for a long stay was there, and we cooked and ate there many nights. We had an issue with the kitchen garburator that caused a minor overflow from the dishwasher - but Alison dealt with that very promptly. There were no other issues - but if there were I know she would be on top of it. I could go on - but I'll simply say we would stay there again without any hesitation.
