We came here for a last minute mini vacation for the weekend and were very impressed with Fran’s flat. It was very clean and well kept, the furnishings and decor were so cute and the village was less than 5 minutes away. The area was calm and serene, and the outside area with the bikes, hammock and horse shoe game was an added bonus. The weekend spent there was everything we could have asked for.

The place is very comfortable and clean. Surrounding is very serene. Great for friends and family. I like how you can rent a bike for free. The place is close to everything

The property was ok. It's a very dark place with dim lighting and very dark decor. The shower was downstaris and all bedrooms were upstairs which doesn't make sense at all. The heater made horrible noise at night. One room was super hot and another room was cold while downstairs was super cold. Kitchen table was small and not very comfortable for the family of 2 adults and 2 small kids. It was clean but not comfortable.

Beautiful boutique hotel that was an amazing, aesthetically pleasing property. Easy check in and out process and the owners were quick and receptive! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This was an impromptu overnighter to show my 85 year father in law his old stomping grounds ( it's been years since he has been to this area). we found this adorable and brand new digs, and was very excited and had a very quiet stay and enjoyed the place. just a few constructive criticism if I may... the lighting is very dim and the whole place felt dark also because of the wall colors. The upstairs powder only has cold water running so not a fun hand washing experience. There were no extra blankets so sitting on the couch on a cold eve was not cozy at all. The toilet paper is the toughest bamboo type that felt raw to your bum...and there were no Kleenex in site...The main bathroom had a pedestal sink so no counter space for your stuff. lastly French press... nice thought but SOOO messy to clean. So overall a new place that needs minor comfy meter improvement ... then it will be great!

We didn’t like the pressure to check out by 10AM. Otherwise the experience was good.

What an adorable place to stay while visiting Big Bear. So clean and unique. Literally 3 minutes from the village. Loved that we had our own parking spot. Definitely staying here the next visit.

Best place to stay in Big Bear hands down. I searched for 3 days for the perfect place to stay for a romantic getaway in Bear.. this was the place for us. Definitely will be back. Thank you again Emily.. your eye for design is inspiring.

Despite the fresh coat of paint, it still feels old and dated. The bathroom was ice cold and unpractical. Way too expensive for what it is.

Old Style decor but Everything was brand new, unique vintage design. Interesting place to stay. Management was very responsive, no issues getting in or out. Heater worked great which is always a plus in Big Bear in the winter.

I booked a spontaneous 1 night trip to Big Bear and was SO blown away with my stay at Noble and Proper. Before booking I called the office to ask specific questions regarding the property and Emily was super helpful in answering all of my questions. She recommended local activities, restaurants, and gave me information about EV charging nearby in village. The property is in a fantastic location and is very close to the village. Having access to free bikes was super fun as my friend and I enjoyed a bike ride around Big Bear lake. The cabin's interior is STUNNING and aesthetically crafted. We stayed in Fran's Flat (as recommend by Emily) and I loved the design. It included parking adjacent to the cabin, a front patio, two bedrooms, a kitchen (fridge, microwave, tea kettle, French press), living room, two bathrooms, a television, and an electric fireplace. The entire cabin was so chic and modern which set's this accommodation apart from more traditional cabins in Big Bear. The cabin was exceptionally clean! I didn't want to leave! I loved it so much!

Such a cute and quaint cabin! Not the normal cabin you’d find in Big Bear, but totally unique!

We stayed 1 night, it was perfect! It is a 2 story little house with 2 bedrooms. Very clean and quiet. Definetly will come back again. differenbedrooms and called Joseph's Hut

Great location , clean , quiet , classic (that’s what I liked the most about) overall very happy , but I wish they had stove , and check out time was later than 10 am.

The units are spotless and the beds are comfortable. There's not much more beyond that, in my opinion, when staying somewhere - not your home. Check-in was easy and welcoming. Loved the decor and ease of access to facilities. Thank you.

Noble and Proper is a great place to stay! Frans Flat was comfortable for our family of 4, providing separate rooms for kids and adults with perfect amount of space. Much better than a comparably priced hotel room. Well decorated and comfortable furnishings (don't let the retro decor fool you, modern comfort!) Location is perfect, short bike ride to The Village and lake. Would definitely stay again especially if traveling with multiple families.

This place was delightful. The contactless check in was very convenient. The property was neat and clean, and had delights like the hammock, grills, and the bikes available for use to guests. The cabin was cute, with everything one would need for a stay. The shower was wonderful, and the beds were comfortable. Even the towels were large and soft and the toiletries smelled great and worked well.

I absolutely loved everything about the Otto property, the time and thoughtfulness that went into designing this property definitely resonates. Thank you to the couple who owns and designed these properties, curating each one after your grandparents is so special. Knowing that made our day stay more special than staying at a random hotel. I will definitely be a returning customer, I can’t wait to experience each of the different properties.

There was a little wait at check in but, it was taken care of and did a good job making yp for it. The service was great. Will definitely go back.
