Heel schoon, leuke plek op het dak om te zitten en mensen te leren kennen. En kamers zijn super ingericht!!

no me gusto que los demas guespedes no tuvieran el mismo respeto y limpieza que uno

- 5 min zum ADO Busterminal - 40 min mit dem Bus zum Airport. - Küche nun auf dem Dach ( eine Herdplatte und eine Mikrowelle) - nettes Personal

- Madratzen sind echt schlecht - man hört die ganze Nacht/ früh nirgends Musik - Strand weit entfernt

Habitación amplia además de las camas, limpia, segura, y con espacio extra para dejar pertenencias en el piso, etc.

Solo batallé con mi maleta en las escaleras. Hice un viaje muy largo y llevaba una maleta de 23 kilos. Fue muy cansado subirla y bajarla.

Staff are clowns and liars. They change my room whole i am sleeping by shutting off air conditioning. My new room , they rebook my bed in the dorm to Someone Else., AND shut off the air conditioning overnight in that room also! Guy at the fromt desk Daniel who is new thinks he is a gangster Very Loud music ,at 7:00 am on Saturday morning to wake you up

De rooftop met zwembad en gym mogelijkheden is super. Daarnaast is de locatie top, naast ADO busstation en dichtbij restaurants. Personeel heel vriendelijk.

Wij hadden de tweepersoonskamer & het is ‘s nachts wel een beetje gehorig van buiten.

Questo posto è perfetto per una sosta a Cancun per chi come noi, deve prendere l'autobus la mattina seguente. Per questo scopo è una opzione perfetta, è vicino ad un supermercato con all'interno un ATM quindi anche per le prime esigenze appena arrivati nel Paese è una valida opzione. La camera è pulita.

La camera è un pò buia, molto essenziale e senza finestre. La zona in cui si trova l'hotel sembra essere moderatamente tranquilla ma il foglio che ti fanno firmare al check-in dove letteralmente c'è scritto che in caso di morte (o di altre situazioni) nell'hotel quest'ultimo non si assume responsabilità, ci ha dato una percezione di grande insicurezza. Peraltro è una cosa abbastanza strana da firmare e sicuramente non ti mette in un bel mood all'arrivo.

Perfect location right next to the ado station, personnel was friendly and spoke English, room was clean and new, we didn’t use the pool on the roof but it seemed really cool

No hot water in the shower They make you sign a waiver basically signing your life away (very odd) No TV in room & poor WiFi so can't stream No hand towels or shower mats

It’s very convenient, just across from the bus station, in between a major grocery store and a major pharmacy. It’s incredibly clean, the beds have thick soft mattresses, there are privacy curtains on the lower bunks, storage under them, and separate facilities for bathroom, shower, and sink. The swimming pool up too as well as the other facilities there such as kitchen, exercise equipment, and TV room are also well thought out.

We Have to go down to ask someone to come up and change the thermostat on the air conditioner, and late at night the watchmen could not find the correct control so I had to use the breaker to turn the AC off and on. The bins below the box constantly pop open unless you have padlocks on them, and I kept hitting my shin on them. There should be some Dishwashing detergent at the sink upstairs. Oh, and the window had no curtain, so I could not walk across to the bathroom or the shower without being properly dressed. It may be a little expensive for a six person room. But all in all, it’s an amazing place to stay.

the AC in the room didn’t work properly which was disappointing. also would have been nice to be able to Cook.

Lovely new, hostel really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are big and special is with good beds nice AC in room also, directly opposite ADO bus terminal so really handy location, the hostel is calm and relaxed not like a crazy party hostel it was great for a chill out and a good night sleep. the pool & hammock rooftop area is also really cool I will stay again for sure.

Nothing really not to like I would struggle to fine any negatives

The property is new and the hosts are well acquainted with English.

They need to add AC remote in the rooms, that was missing.

The location is perfect if you're taking the ADO. Besides that, the hostel is very new (built in the last year?) and looks like it was built for Instagram pictures and not for actual functionality. It was fine for a one night stay, but I wouldn't stay there more than one night.

For dorm beds, they only provide one pillow and a top sheet to sleep with. No blanket of any sort. When I asked the front desk if I could have a blanket, they told me they only provided blankets in the private rooms. I asked if I could pay extra to have one, and they said they had to ask their manager. There were also no lights in the beds and the curtain on the bottom bunks only covers half of the bed.

the facilities were very nice

The whole place is new so everything is clean and comfortable. the beds are super comfortable, the rooms are really clean. The rooftop pool area is awesome. great place to chill during the day and evening. The staff are friendly and helpful. Right next to an OXXO, supermarket and the ADO station. The place has more of a chill vibe which I liked.

All it’s lacking is a bit of a social atmosphere. it would be nice if there were some activities, or if there was some tourist information available without having to ask the staff.
