the GPS location was not appropriate and the contact number was not responding for more than hour i was calling with no response

All was perfect, very big and clean with all amenities included. You can order food with deliveroo or others. Perfect if you are going to make a large stopover in Abu Dhabi, near airport (around 10-15). You can use uber for arrive, it is around 15 € per trip.

The room was huge, clean and cool. Common area has everything you need for your stay.

Close to the airport. The house was beautiful. The beds were comfortable.

the host was friendly as we arrived at 2am and he was welcoming

not suitable for Girls traveling alone as the host is male its felt weird although they were very decent i would have expected a room in a villa like this to be available only at AirB&B not booked was a first time experiencing something like this but it was a short trip as we just needed a place to spend the night we stayed there for 10 hours the bad thing clearly the room needed some maintenance as the curtain wouldn’t close to the end and it got out of the Rail while attempting to fully close it . the water hose in the toilet bursted while at normal use and the owner had the Audacity to ask us to pay for a damage that was done in the room the curtain that got out of the rail and the hose although it was not damage these things need maintenance from time to time ofcourse I didn’t pay and decline for payment with booking there was no TV in the room which is clearly needed

The room is big and the kids enjoyed a lot playing with the pets, they have cute dogs and cats

we booked on booking, when arrived told them we will staty only 5 hours before going airport, when left the property notified booking that we didn't arrived 😀 It is outside driver or service room , not a guest room Aggressive free dog in the garden barks a lot on me, and it seems it will attack me

The rooms are all big and comfortable. The entire facilities are luxurious and amazingly beautiful.

Oh, not so major just the scent of the cigarrete as I have asthma. But over all the facilities, the rooms and the entire villa is amazingly beautiful.

It is a lovely place with warm and friendly staff.

I think it's better that breakfast is ready at least it's not award to take those utensils etc. Though it's offered to me. Talking about the room I really appreciated its clean and so comfortable.

The only thing that disturbs my nights of sleep was the smell of the cooking time from the kitchen late at night. My sinusitis disturbs me a lot.

It is really nice place for the family and friends. The hosts are very friendly and the place is top clean
