the staff was fantastic, the facilities great and everything worked perfectly

the breakfast could be better, the buffet is nice but it’s always the same, they have no capuccino and the warm offer is just eggs

Hotel is 200m from TS esquiros and there’s a shuttle to take back and forth. Good value for money.

Room and bathroom would deserve a small renovation.

Chalet Bassibe is a cosy small mountain like hotel with very friendly staff. I had stayed before at the hotel so I knew it well enough. price is very good. breakfast is quite good

no relevant complementary services (there is no SPA, Gym, Business Center, modern bar or lounge, terrace or all day pool). you need to have a car and drive back and forth. WI-FI only works well in common areas. Rooms and bathrooms desperately need to be refurbished and updated

Location, meals and breakfast, the comfort and the cosyness of the room. Even if we were in room 306, I RECOMmAND 307 AND 308 ON TOP OF THE HOTEL !!! The teaml hotel was nice but a special reward to Carlos, a true professionnal. We did appreciate his attitude. Meals were nice , breakfast and dinner

the swimming pool was just too small and the wall at the end is AWFUL, and needs to be painted or maintened. We decided then not to use this space. By the way, with just a family, it is crowded . In a four star hotel, you really expect more from this sort of space. My wife was really desapointed ( we took our swim suit)and I do regret since I travel for work ; I SPECIALLY WANT HER to be happy. GENIUS CUSTOMER

there is no isolation in the hotel - so you hear everything from the other rooms - water running / light switch on / move chair / walk on stairs.. after a day on the slopes you don’t want this - and just want a good night sleep :) service for breakfast / restaurant was a bit complicated and the felt very stressed - maybe reorganize this a bit?

the kids loved the swimming pool and the food was fantastic!

great location for skiing and with transfer minibus though it was only a short walk to lift at 1700. excellent breakfast and great friendly staff both in restaurant and reception desk. good value half-board with variety of tasty dishes.

occasional smell of drains in the bathroom, which was not very pleasant. Reception staff addressed the issue promptly as best they could but not completely resolved during 5 day stay

The location was good, only 2 minutes walking distance to the ski lift and ski rental.

-although the reviews said that the breakfast is very good and extensive, it was actually quite bad. Very little choices, no vegetables, no warm dishes -for dinner there was the option to dine in the restaurant or to have pizza in the cafeteria. We opted for pizza in the cafeteria, and it was terrible. The pizza was bad quality frozen pizza, also a bit burned. For two frozen pizzas and two drinks we payed around 45 Euros. -reception is not available 24h, as it should be in a 4star hotel -the bed sheets and towels haven’t been changed at all, although in a 4star hotel they should be changed daily -they invited us to check out the spa, told us it’s very nice, but we got there and the spa was closed and in very bad shape -the room was only cleaned superficially before our stay -it was very hot in the room and there is no possibility to adjust the temperature directly from the room -one morning there was no water at all in the bathroom and at times there was barely any water pressure in the shower
