Nous sommes sur place et vous accueillons personnellement.

Fantastic stay only big down side were the 93 stairs to the appointment
But once we came down them we just stayed out all day

Great property, great location and great host. We were met at our taxi and helped to the property with our luggage, we were given a tour and showed all the rooms. The host was great, messaging after a couple of days to make sure we were ok. We will be back!

Flat is lovely, spacious enough for 2. Kitchen is fantastic with induction hob, lots of utensils and crockery. Bedroom is comfortable with ample wardrobe space and hangers. Bedroom does get very warm but there are ceiling fans through the property, remotely controlled. Outdoor space is fairly large with seating and table. Being up so high it does get a bit breezy and cool in the evening. It’s a very busy area but means that restaurants, supermarkets and shops as well as impromptu entertainment are only a short step out the door.

apartment had everything you needed for a perfect holiday.We were met by Rodolf who made us feel welcome and and showed us around apartment.The view from balcony was amazing looking onto beach, it has lots of bars and restaurants around, everything you need for great holiday

The property was lovely! Fantastic views, clean and had everything you could need. The local bars and restaurants were great and everyone was really friendly. Rodolf, as well as helping me with my luggage, also helped with recommendations and his local knowledge. Had a great time and didnt want to leave.

The property was lovely and clean, spacious balcony, perfect for people watching. The kitchen is well equipped so if you didn’t want to go out to eat you could stay in and eat. Apartment has everything you need.
Rodolf is very helpful and nothing is too much for him. He even helped to carry our suitcases up the stairs. 😂
Only down side there are a lot of stairs to the apartment, but the views are worth it.

The property is very centrally located top floor overlooking the beach. You can sit there all day just people watching. all the restaurants and bars are on the doorstep you definitely don’t need to walk far. There are about hundred steps but it’s a good work out after all the beer and food. I would highly recommend it. The host was absolutely brilliant was there to help and support.

Lovely Apartment, great location right on Los Christianos beachfront, with great views out to sea.Rodolf who handled check in check out was a good guy, even helped us up the stairs with our luggage.

Our stay in Los Christian’s was great. Rodolfo looked after us and was available for any issues, not that there were any. The views from the balcony are fantastic. The flat is well equipped and more than met our needs

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the communication was excellent from christine and her son Rodolf.There was everything you needed in the property and of course excellent views. Yes the steps are hard work up to the apartment but we knew before we booked that this was the case and it did get easier as the week went on. If there is anything I can fault it is the sun loungers, would be nice if you could lie down and sunbathe both sides. Overall an excellent stay and we would go back. Thank you Christine and Rodolf.

We had read the customer reviews before arriving so expected to climb stairs. These were slightly awkward to negotiate when carrying heavy luggage. We coped well with them. The apartment was well worth the inconvenience of having no lift. Very clean,well equipped and welcoming, and great views . Our hosts were easy to contact and very helpful. We would definitely like to return.

This is our 5th time staying at Christine’s apartment. Perfect views, perfect position. On the 5th floor, no lift but we are fine with that. Hoping to return next November if not before.

A cute apartment in a wonderful location right on the front overlooking the beach and the harbour. This was my second visit. Christine is very approachable and welcoming. The place has everything you could need and is clean and comfortable - I would not hesitate to recommend :)

We have stayed in quite a few apartments through Owners Direct, which changed its name to home and away which is now VRBO and have never been dissapointed however I would go as far as to say this was the best. It had everything and I mean everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. We didn't want to come home

Christine and her husband are kind efficient hosts. Communication and check in was excellent. Water and beers in the fridge was a kind gesture, thank you!
The apartment is bright, airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped.
The bed was very comfortable and the shower extremely good.
The location is really convenient and central with loads of good restaurants and bars on the doorstep and loads more an easy walk away.
The sunny terrace gets sun all day until about 5.30-6pm (July) and is the most wonderful space to sunbathe, read or sit with a drink watching beach life go by!
Loved it so much we have booked to come back twice more.

The property is set in the main central area of los Cristianos and is a great location to be for all amenities it has a great restaurant below that does a great English breakfast and lots of music and entertainment nearby we sometimes gladly spent time chilling with a drink on the balcony listening to the music below and the seaview’s are amazing would definitely be visiting again thanks to Rodolf and Christine for a great stay Rodolf was always available if needed.

Great spot on the large balcony to watch the world go by. People haver reviewed that there are a few stairs, but you get used to them very quickly - not bad at all. Relaxing during the day - the balcony is a great suntrap. The entertainment from the bars and restaurants at night may not suit everyone, but it is quieter when you go to bed. Christine is a lovely host.

Lovely clean apartment with a full view of Los Cristianos Bay.
Top of apartment block however that is 90 steps up, but well worth it.
Christine is a great host and is always onhand if needed. I will be back.

Ideal penthouse location for watching the world go buy and a few steps to the beach. Airy, open living space. Wonderful views from the sizable balcony. Comfortable bed. Ceiling fans absolutely fine for keeping cool at night (early November). Apartment has all that you need for a relaxing time away. You get used to the steps up to the 5th floor - and after just a few days you've acclimatised. Came back home fitter.
Would visit again without a doubt.
