The pictures of the property don’t do it justice, the views from the windows and backyard are incredible! The rooms were comfortable and the kids loved playing games at “their” table. The walk to town was easy, only the 3 year old rode in a stroller, but all other children ages 6-12 were able to make the walk. Catherine was very helpful and provided cones so parking was blocked off and we were never without a space. I would definitely stay here again. Only point I would make is if you need anything you need to call Catherine, she didn’t respond to text messages, very responsive to calls.

We spent a week with the extended family in this chalet in February and had an amazing time. The chalet is beautiful, comfortable and has an en suite bathroom in each of the 6 bedrooms which makes it perfect for large families. The owner is very nice and helpful. And you can enjoy the outdoor hot tub after a day of skiing!!! We highly recommend this house.

The property is in a great location on a quiet road, 15 mins walk from town. The layout downstairs is prefect for socializing. With many bathrooms upstairs. The pics don’t do this place justice. Thanks for the home away!

We were a group of 3 families, totaling 15 people. All 6 rooms are very comfortable. The kitchen has all appliances and everything you may need. The living room is very nice and pleasantly decorated. The dining room fits everyone. Except for one shower that was not working and that not all bathrooms have wall mounted showers, bathrooms work very well too. The chalet is located 3 minutes by car from the city center and has essy access everywhere. You can park your car on the street. The hosts were great and very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great time at Chlet Pre Fleuri and at Chamonix.

We were 12 friends on our first trip to Chamonix. The house was exactly as described with more than enough room for all of us. It was 10 min from town center by foot. The hosts were extremely nice and accommodated us generously. Would definitely stay here again when we come back someday.

This is an exceptional chalet. There were 15 of us staying and it never felt crowded. All the bedrooms are large and all have en suites. The kitchen is extremely well appointed and the dining table is huge, so no need to squash up around the table. The sitting room has plenty of seats and the children/young adults loved chilling out in the hot tub. For skiing I would say a car is essential as all the ski areas in and around Chamonix are not within walking distance. The nearest lift, the Brevent lift is a 5 minute drive away and the furthest, Le Tour is a good 20 minute drive. We were lucky with the snow. It was plentiful and the skies were blue all week!

Fantastic chalet! The living space was warm, cozy, yet spacious. All bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms was such a bonus. It was also a great location for Brevent, Flegere, Grand Montets, and Le Tour. Madame Menegaux, the owner, was also so accommodating and was there to provide assistance to help make things go smoothly. I would definitely recommend staying here and have already started talking to her about next year's trip. Excellent!

This is the greatest house which feels like home! The open floor plan allows all to enjoy each other and there is space for all. The fireplace and hot tub are perks!! Each bedroom has its own bathroom...unheard of in most rentals!!! We can't say enough. It was our 2nd time back and we will return again.
