Located over MTR and shopping center Popcorn. No restaurant on property. Many restaurants in the mall attached.

This is the fourth time in less than 3 years we stayed in this hotel. We love the convenience for everything that fit our needs: taxi and walkable to my son’s training field; lot of restaurants in the connecting malls; MTR right below; safe; other entertainment….
Most of the staff actually are excellent except one or two are mean during our more than 3 weeks stay.
Will definitely come back again.

Enjoyed our stay here. It's about 30 min by subway (MTR) from Central/Kowloon, where all the action is. So if that gets to you, Vega Suites is not for you.
For wife and me, we like that 'gap'. Takes us away from the tourist crowds and experience a bit more of a local neighborhood.
Icing on the cake is that it has direct access to the MTRmall at Tseung Kwan O. Cannot tell you how much of a life saver that is during the early July heat wave season.
Vega Suites will be on my HK hotel watchlist. May try other neighborhoods or might just return to this one.

Not much expectation. But not very clean at all.

Definitely coming back! I stayed for 4nights with my kids. Cleans our room everyday. Laundry at 8th floor with nice outdoor environment. Walk to huge mall with many Restaurants and MTR in the mall. Staff were helpful, responsible and friendly. Will recommend to friends and families. Huge thumb up! And thank you to all Vega staff. We had a great stay.

Cleanliness at this property was not of high priority. Linens were often stained and staff at the property did not provide urgency in rectifying issues. Given the starred rating for this property, you would be left disappointed on the mismatch of service and value provided. Only positive is the location of the property to shopping and transport amenities.

Only 3 elevators sharing with the shopping mall shoppers. Waiting time to go up to guests rooms is far too long. Need to have at least two dedicated elevators for guests only

It is just on top a big shopping center and MTR station, convenient.

The hotel is in a great location above the MTR station and links to multiple malls. You do not need to go outdoors to be exposed to the heat and humidity.

We have stayed at this property plenty of time when it was under Holiday Inn Express. Service is still very good under Vega Suites, however the furnishing is getting a bit tired and perhaps can do with some refurbishing.

The pillows and blankets in the room were extremely smelly (sour stinky smell) and the air conditioning was just as bad pumping in smelly sour air. The carpet was also dirty as well.

Well maintained, clean, good size room, fast wi-fi, courteous and helpful staff, easy access to several shopping centers which offer good choice of food and shopping, next to bus terminal and TKO MRT station . Only complain is 20 levels are only served by two lifts causing delays.

You needed to sort out the lifts issues, customers are going to the restaurants have to give the right direction for using the right lifts. The hotel residents are struggling to get in or using the lifts whenever the restaurants are opening. Apart from that, all good !

The room that we were staying had an unpleasant smell of mold. There were lots of stains on the carpet. It seemed that the management did no bother to shampoo and/or remove the ugly spot. However, the housekeepers had been doing the job very well.

I think the carpet is time to replace. The air conditioning sound is a bit loud too.

Nice view of the natural environment, especially the sea. Cleanliness could be improved if small cockroaches disappear with pest control and tidiness.

Very comfortable. Clean and silent. I liked the location as well, unless you absolutely want to live downtown. Would be happy to come back.
