Hosts were very attentive to our needs and did everything to make out stay comfortable as possible. Absolutely fantastic and highly likely to book again. The food on offer was delicious.

Wellicht iets aan de krappe kant als je wilt werken op de laptop. Maar gelukkig was dat geen probleem er zijn 2.extra bedden in de kamer waar je op kan zitten.

We were given a great welcome from Faroos. The room couldn't be faulted and catered for us perfectly.

The area is not the best, but that will not stop us booking again. Its inexpensive and hit every requirement that we needed.

La posizione era piuttosto distante dal centro di Londra, a circa un'ora di mezzi (bus + metropolitana), quindi bisogna calcolare quell'ora impiegata nel trasporto. La fermata dell'autobus, tuttavia, era vicina. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato non era spaziosissima, senza armadio, ma con un frigo e climatizzatore, con un bel bagno privato molto moderno. Lo staff gentilissimo, si è dimostrato disponibile ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte. Per avere un posto dove dormire e dove lavarsi, si può fare tranquillamente.

Il quartiere non è dei migliori: nonostante non tornassimo a casa tardi, non mi sono mai sentita estremamente sicura e a mio agio, né sui mezzi pubblici, né per la strada. Nonostante la pulizia impeccabile della camera, non mi sono sentita a mio agio a dormire nel letto completamente ricoperto da pelo tipo plaid.

Wonderful accommodation with clean environment and plenty of power sockets. Farooq is very responsive to queries and a host with care. There's a nice canal walk near to the accommodation. There's delicious cooked breakfast and dinner available with extra cost.

Location is not ideal if travel by foot.

Brilliantly designed renovation, very bright and vibrant property. Shower was excellent, everything as described. Beds were comfortable. Large smart TV Extremely spacious room. Amazing hosts, Room ready early without request. Tea and coffee facilities present and ready. Bathroom fully equipped with towels, wash facilities.

Really picking holes here but the quality of some parts of the renovation was a little below standard, the sliding door occasionally coming off hinge and the shower door needing a slight push to close completely. Also could do with 4 pillows per bed instead of 4.

Everything was very modern and updated. The whole house was lit up with cool motion sensor lights on the ground and ceiling. The restroom was very nice and the house was very quiet. The hosts made us dinner - which was amazing! We even got a ride to the airport.

Location. There wasn’t anything near by in terms of sightseeing or activities.

Fantastic. Every single aspect of this stay was perfect. Neat and clean fully refurbished property. High standards throughout. The host provided everything that was needed. I would recommend to take the options of home made breakfast and dinner as well. We enjoyed the food and stay. No doubt near Heathrow this could be the best option to stay with your family. I highly recommend this place. Big thanks to the host.

There is nothing to dislike about this place. Everything was spot on .

The family who publish the rooms in their house, they were adorable! They were very nice, helpful, we could ask for help with anything. The rooms were very clean and modern and the bathrooms were a dream! There is a small river in the immediate vicinity with swans and ducks, which makes the place very cosy. Public transport is also good, about 5 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, from where you can easily get to the city centre.

The area is a bit rubbishy, but since you won't be walking there anyway, it's not that important.

It is a new place, after renovation. Hosts are very helpfull, flexible with check-in and check-out, parking space is avaiable. Very clean room and around areas. good public transport to the city center even though it is zone 6, two buses, close to the elizabeth line. You have got a big market with basic things what you need. Room have a kettle, microwave, coffee, tea, sugar and fridge with a little freezer.

Just main door looking like still in renovation, so I was confused if it is right address.

Feroze and his parents were very polite, warm and welcoming. They communicated very well with us and were patient with all our needs. Very friendly welcoming hosts, in a great location. The room had absolutely everything I needed and more. It was clean, fresh and very comfortable. The ensuite was spotless and modern with a lovely big shower. Highly recommend!

Such a amazing host with Creat comunication!! Fantastic room! Bathroom more beautiful than in best hotels! So clean and comfortable! Higly recomendent! I will be looking for to book again when i will need. Better than hotel!

The room was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated and the hosts really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.

There is a bit of building work going on to renovate the other rooms but this did not affect our stay. The hosts let us know beforehand and also checked with us to work out a start time for the builders, to make sure we wouldn’t be disturbed with any noise.

Nice and clean and host very helpful

Feroze was a brilliant host. Nothing was too much trouble. Very clean. Close to the airport, 10 minutes! Parking.

Host were great, went above and beyond to accommodate extra requests, overall a very positive experience.
