The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, especially Rosi who was working on the pool bar, he kept us well hydrated in the heat and made the best cocktails you will have on the island!

Wspaniały pobyt. Hotel jest chyba dość nowy, w środku jest bardzo czysto. Pokoje są przestronne, a obsługa dba o to, by goście zawsze mieli czyste ręczniki i wodę w pokoju, robiąc to zawsze bardzo dyskretnie i nie przeszkadzając w pobycie. W styczniu było stosunkowo mało ludzi, więc każdy gość znalazł dla siebie wygodne miejsce przy jednym z dwóch basenów lub na plaży. Lokalizacja oddalona od centrum, które znajduje się przy przystani, ale moim zdaniem to plus. Dzięki temu w hotelu jest cicho i spokojnie, a w centrum można znaleźć się dość szybko albo pieszo, albo na rowerze. Do tego w pokoju każdego dnia czekają na gości pyszne ciastka :) śniadania serwowane i bardzo smaczne. Cała obsługa jest niesamowicie sympatyczna. Ogólnie bardzo polecam!

Rowery mogłyby być w lepszym stanie, ale nie wpłynęło to na nasz pobyt w sposób negatywny :)

Prachtig chique resort met mega vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk zwembad op een rustige locatie.

De kamer was erg verzorgd en schoon. De douche was erg lekker.

Het was in de avond tot ochtend vloed en in de middag eb aan de kant van het eiland waar dit hotel zat. Hierdoor hebben wij niet op het strand gelegen bij het hotel. Wij zijn elke keer naar de andere kant van het eiland gegaan om op het strand te liggen, wat erg vervelend was omdat de meeste strandbedden alleen voor gasten van de hotels zijn.

Lovely resort on the sunset side of Gili T. Very relaxing with a nice pool area & beach. The rooms were very clean and brand new (not rundown like other hotels on the island). The housekeeping staff couldn’t do enough for you and we loved the cookies on turndown service each night.

Bike rental is pricey. We rented bikes from the town centre (we paid 300,000 IDR for 5 days and hotel would’ve cost us double). This pricing could be improved as the hotel is quite a walk away from the main strip. We also visited the hotel during a period of low tide so couldn’t use the beach (not the hotels fault) but was able to cycle north to turtle point to use the beaches there.

New resort so everything was clean and fresh. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. It is located on the quieter side which was nice to be away from some of the noise and hustle and bustle of the main port area but still close to various bars, clubs, restaurants etc. Food and drinks were great and good value. 2 pools to choose from as well as beach front lounges.

Recommend packing an eye mask to help you sleep as the curtains are a lite colour and the outdoor lights are on until sunrise.

Everything was perfect - new hotel, very clean and well equipped rooms, adorable and tasty cookies every night by our comfy bed, nice pools, very good food (inc breakfast), adults only, very helpful and friendly staff and the hotel is right by the beach where you can also have a nice dinner at night.

New, clean, friendly staff, spacious rooms, tasty breakfasts. We would happily come back, the island is beautiful.

The communication during breakfast was a bit weak, as they serve à la carte. We were initially surprised by smaller portions. Later, we learned that each pair of guests can order one extra shared dish in addition to their individual portion. For the next two days, we were satisfied with the portion sizes. The beach access in this part of the island is not as nice as elsewhere, but it’s peaceful. We were content with our stay.

We loved the quiet location. The staff were excellent. Incredibly friendly and helpful. The view from our room overlooking the pool was beautiful. Very clean. We loved eating in the restaurant. Delicious. loved the beach loungers.

The beds were a little hard. Having a basket to put pool towels in when leaving the pool would be helpful. Guests just left them on loungers and then its unclear if they are finished with the loungers.

Everything!!!! Location is amazing. Away from “the strip” which suited us as we were travelling as a family although this hotel is great for couples also. Super attentive and friendly staff. Rooms and the hotel itself are beautiful. Can thoroughly recommend!

A fabulous stay! We were very impressed with the onsite restaurant: food & presentation were great and very affordable - must have a brilliant chef in the kitchen! Staff was attentive and friendly and always up for a chat at the pool bar. Loved dining on the beach! Will definitely be back!

The hospitality very bad., they rejected us because we had kid. Before we came we email and whataspp them to clarify , the dont response only read it, they admit make a mistake because not response but they still dont want accepted that. I still imagine the face of the manager that very arrogant just leave us. so we must find other hotel and can get out hotel at 08.00 pm

Very clean, great location,lovely beach area, fantastic staff (all are lovely but especially Novi and Aleysa) and really nice pool area (2 pools and plenty of sun-beds) - breakfast good and lots of restaurant/bar choice within a 10 min bike ride
