Location excellent Modern decor Very warm and cosy Parking

Single beds uncomfortable for adults A bit on the small side for 3 adults

Great location, well within touching distance of the town centre. The property had everything required to make the stay comfortable. The interior was designed to a high standard. The outdoor hot tub area was well presented, and would be great in the summer.

Only a couple of small things, the rear of the property backs onto a pub with a courtyard. And on our first night, there must have been a party and the music was very loud and didn't cease until after 12am, luckily we had no kids with us and if we did it may have been an issue. The hot tub lid was very difficult to get back on. luckily we were both able to manage together. The Hive heating wasn't working/connected and didn't get a reply until the next morning, luckily the heating was on we didn't need to adjust this any further.

Beautiful house with every amenity you could need , ideally located with shops on the door step and a pub next door ,

There wasn’t much , however, outside space could do with a good clean up as it looked a little grubby especially on the artificial grass . The back also could benefit from some kind of lighting as it was very dark out there, it would have been lovely to make use of the wonderful hot tub later at night to wind down and relax but didn’t risk it in the dark .

Well located, facilities very good and a beautifully decorated property. Excellent communication from host. No parking issues.

Second bedroom could possibly be better laid out - appreciate its small but the bedside lamp was positioned where it couldn’t actually be plugged in. Some cards/leaflets for attractions, restaurants/taxis could possibly be included in welcome book.
