The hotel was nicely located, right next to a metro station. The staff were really nice and helpful. Facilities were very clean.

The double bed was separated so we had to keep pushing it together.

We had some problems keeping the water inside the shower when washing my hair. Our first room had a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, but the staff quickly placed us in another room with a working unit.

I cannot share any positive experience about the hotel.

This hotel is an absolute no-go! Despite making a reservation, pre-pay the hotel before arrival and receiving a booking confirmation the hotel was fully booked and there was no room available. I arrived late at night after a long trip. The hotel staff is not helping their clients out and only express how sorry they are. There was no proactive behaviour and no solution has been provided or at least has been tried to be provided. Furthermore, since all has been paid in advance I would have expected a phone call prior to my arrival. I would not advise to book this hotel. I was traveling alone and had to sleep in the car and was happy I was not traveling with the familiy to this hotel. An absolute no-go, a confirmation and advanced payment is worth nothing to them.

Basically everything was fine, staff was very friendly and ready to help although Hotel was fully booked. Underground station is at 2 minutes distance which is great for travelling with öpnv

Due to public holiday the hotel was fully booked so the WLAN/Internet Access was overloaded so response times were very slow or timed out. Worked much better during night.

A simple check in process and a very helpful supportive staff. Excellent choice and variety of options in breakfast. The connectivity to the public transport is also 3 minutes walk away.

Parking situation is bad.

A very good location with easy access via underground to town centre. BW Hotels have certainly updated this hotel and it is clean, well presented and with secure on site parking at a reasonable cost. Most staff on reception were very helpful and the rooms are very well designed with extra touches eg fridge and complementary bottles of water. The breakfast was excellent in all respects with cheerful helpful staff . We appreciated the bar being staffed.

The pillows were too soft and ‘squishy’.

Provided internet speed limited to 8mbps is too slow for doing work by today's standards.
