Heated pool , tiki hut , sunny family fun!
Ceci est une maison récemment rénovée avec de nombreuses fonctionnalités favorables à la famille. Il y a 4 téléviseurs avec câble et Netflix, les téléviseurs intelligents ont Internet avec tous les goodies. Internet passe par Xfinity et dispose d’un puissant signal WIFI dans toute la maison. Il y a beaucoup de places de parking gratuites, 4 places selon la taille du véhicule. La maison est très privée avec une cour arrière clôturée, où les clients peuvent se prélasser au bord de la piscine et profiter du soleil, c’est idéal pour les barbecues en famille.
Nous sommes situés à 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Fort Lauderdale et à distance de marche de l'autoroute fédérale n ° 1, qui compte de nombreux bars, boutiques et restaurants
Le quartier est propre et calme, idéal pour une promenade à pied ou à vélo. L'océan est à une courte distance en voiture et regorge de clubs, bars et restaurants fantastiques.

We rented the house to be close and visit family. Decent place and location. Would recommend

My two daughters and I stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our younger daughter’s 36th birthday. Her boyfriend came also. Had a lovely time, enjoyed the pool, cooking, relaxing. Beds so comfortable. Everything we needed was less than 2 miles away. A great short getaway

Loved the heated pool, the tiki hut and the space to lay in the sun! He allowed us to check in early when our flight times changed and was great to communicate with! Thank for a great stay 😎

Dishwasher broken for entire stay so wife had to do dishes on vacation and she was not happy . Day we checked in toilet was broke but this was befor 4pm check in but repair guy didn’t come until almost 7pm . Found a large bug in main bedroom the last day . I won’t say what it was but I have pictures to prove it . House is nice but definitely needs some upkeep . Neighborhood great and quiet

Some properties are oversold. This one exceeeded our expectations. The heated pool and the back yard was clean and wonderful. The house was excellent and the area was safe and a great location. Going back next year.

When we arrived there was soft music playing with sea animals on all the TV'S. It was so welcoming. The paintings on the outside patio/pool area are lovely. It was a very inviting environment.

Loved everything about this property. Quiet neighborhood, private pool area, great spacious home in a great location near restaurants, shopping and beach. I brought my 4 year old and she had a blast. The host was also very accommodating and allowed us to check out a few hours later due to our later flight. Will definitely stay here again!

It was our 2nd time staying here. Overall superb home. I honestly think it looks better in person than in the pictures. What is so nice about this home is the attention to details. The house was very clean and stocked with essentials you may need. Great quiet location, perfect for a family vacation!

The property that is featured is the one I booked. When I arrived a portion of the living room ceiling had caved in and it was a mess. I immdeiately contacted the manager, sent him photos. Clearly I could not stay there. The manager immediately secured another property they manager which fortunately was available for my dates. This was a big upgrade. The replacements was very nice and comfortable. Though it is in need of some cosmetic care. Although I did not see much of the original property -- too focues on the ceiling damage to evaluation the property well, At a glance it appeared to be what was promised in the listing. Everything was wonderful and very clean and well-cared for! We all loved and enjoyed the poo, which was a great size and the perfect temperature and depths (3’ to 5’), and the location for us was perfect. The beach chairs and umbrellas were very useful to enjoy a day at Lauderdale-By-the-Sea. Scott was awesome at responding to questions. Thank you!

We loved our stay at this wonderful home - and going for jogs in the neighborhood accompanied by the brown and green anoles and iquanas! The landscaping in the back yard is exquisite and the pool is the perfect temperature. We're grateful for the great family memories from Imperial Point!

Great backyard with full sun all day! Pool was heated and very enjoyable (grandkids loved it), the tiki hut was great to get out of the sun as well as for dining. House was comfortable but is in need of a little TLC, a bunch of small improvements would make this house a 5. Kitchen (small) was well stocked, huge dining table and big TV in living room. Beds were comfortable.

We had a great stay. Interesting that I did not receive my check-in information. I reached out to the property owner, and he responded almost immediately.
Unfortunately, something was wrong with the pool filter while we were there. The water had an odor and the skimmer was not properly skimming. It was fixed on our last full day. Unfortunately, it was too late for us to enjoy the pool.

The property was exactly as described! The pool and tiki hut were a huge hit. The pool was heated and was a great temp throughout the entire trip. The fridge broke while we were there so our food began to spoil but the property manager responded immediately to help fix the issue. There was a pack n play, stroller and beach toys available for my daughter!

This house was very comfortable and clean. Neighborhood was well taken care of and felt quite safe. Kevin was an attentive property manager. Location was convenient to everything we needed in Ft. Lauderdale area. Only downside was the abundant vegetation surrounding the pool in the backyard meant the pool surface was constantly littered with palm fronds, leaves and other plant debris. Pool attendant made one visit during our stay but the other 4 days I had to clean the skimmer and screen out the debris myself. Minor issue but would rather not have had to do ANY pool cleaning or maintenance while on vacation. Would still stay here again though.

This house was just perfect. Plenty of room for myself and my two sisters. Everything was exactly like the photos. The pool was amazing. Beds and couch was comfy. They made sure we had plenty of supplies to get us through our stay and I especially liked the little notes around the home to help us figure things out like the lighting, the wifi etc. I WILL be staying here again, just not during hurricane season ;) thank you!!!

The house was nice but some items are not in working order or just need a quick review every once in awhile. I did not want to bother the house manager anymore after a few attempts. House Manager removed the outside Tv but never put back or explained that it was being repaired. The master sink is missing the stopper in one sink and hot water on the sink. AC is not as cool in main house as the master bedroom. The photos need updating too - red bathroom and walls are different colors. Overall great house!

Our third year in a row staying at this awesome property and everything was just as great as the first two times! Lovely home fully stocked with anything you could possibly want or need. Perfect area with plenty of shopping, restaurants and beach close by. The backyard pool oasis is our favorite! Scott is a great owner who went above and beyond to make our third stay extra special. Looking forward to stay #4. Can't recommended this home enough!

We rented this property to meet with family that live in Fort Lauderdale and enjoyed our time. I never heard back from property manager for check in/out during our stay which I found odd. The wifi was spotty but once my husband reset the router, it worked much better. The house was clean, spacious, and well furnished. We did purchase bug spray because the mosquitoes out back were bad. The Tiki hut was by far amazing. The kids loved playing in the pool all day. Loved the close proximity to everything around the Ft Lauderdale area. Scott the owner was great to work with and even let us have an extra person stay after the booking was set up.

This was a great experience. The home had more available then expected. The pool was awesome. Loved the Tiki Hut. I would definitely recommend.
