Location was good. Receptionist was friendly.

Room was dirty. All electrical outlets were loose and missing covers. Half the lights were missing bulbs or just blown out. Bed and linens were horrible- think cheap sleeping bags. Everything was falling apart. Windows were made to look locked, but had been messed with to allow someone to break in easily. Every metal surface was covered in rust.

Manager did NOT RESPOND to many issues the efficiency had(including broken couch, hair in bed & dirt, wrappers, and trash left from prior people, room not cleaned, massive cigarette stains on end tables in bedroom, massive amounts of hair & trash on floor including earrings behind the bedroom door, floors where so dirty could not walk on floor without shoes. Not enough silverware for more than one person. Had to rewash all pots and pans and utensils for use. Had to also rewash towels because they smelled like mold because they were brand new and put up without being washed. I also fell off the couch that was broken that had a leg missing, and a cinderblock underneath it with my coffee and spilled my coffee on the floor. I ended up cleaning the efficiency myself for three hours to make it suitable for me to sleep there . Manager refused to comp me any money for inconvenience or respond to my complaints. This is the most absurd and ridiculous day that I’ve stayed anywhere in this listing should not be on Booking.com.

Le réceptionniste est arrivé avec un tee shirt et un short plein de taches de javel . La chambre était vétuste au plus hait point pour vous dire j'ai réservé ailleurs car il m'était impossible de dormir dans ces conditions. Inadmissible qu'il y ai sur booking.com des hébergements de la sorte

The customer service was on great, and the shower was like boiling water. I loved that

The stove was horrible only one stove top worked. It was rusty af. The oven didn’t work either. The shower had rusty as well

Close to work and it was comfortable and everyone was very nice

J'en veux énormément à Booking de mettre en Ligne sur leur site ce type de coupe-gorges . En vrac : Accueil Déplorable , Entrée de la chambre à coté d'une grosse poubelle , pas de petite table de Chevet et de lampe, pas un gobelet pour un peu d'eau , le bac à douche sale , l'ensemble de l' appartement extrêmement sale, Le Chauffage diffusant une odeur putride. A fuir à Toutes Jambes. Je suis un Client fidèle et de longue date de Booking mais si sous un mois cet établissement n'est pas retiré de leur site je ne mettrai plus jamais un '' pied '' chez eux Francesco Della Malva

Literally the only redeeming thing about the place was that the disgusting shower had decent water pressure and hot water.

The room was absolutely filthy…previous peoples’ hair and nail clippings all around. The shower curtain rod fell off the wall mounts that it had been gingerly balancing on and which was never actually attached. The window blinds were not the right type or size for the windows, and there were no curtains, so if you like um, I don’t know, privacy…maybe don’t stay here. The room reeked of nicotine and mold…both of which had current stains/presence on the walls. The bed was freshly made but had stains all over the linens…not little stains that you had to look closely for to notice; giant stains that made me question if they actually wash the sheets and towels between stays. One stain was very clearly dog paw prints which was 100% from the dog that they just had on the floor of the “office” of the mom/daughter couple that seem to run the place. People checking in in front of me were very mad right off the bat checking in because the gentleman was extremely allergic to dogs, and they had no warning that they kept their personal pet (and no, not a support animal before you assume that) in their office. They kept the main door to the office closed and locked all hours of the day, so you literally had to knock on the side door—which by the way you have to walk in from the pool patio from the back side of the building to access—to get service or help. They have no computer systems in their office: they hand wrote out a receipt and I at no point signed any paperwork verifying my stay. The toilet seat in my bathroom had cracks all over it and had been PAINTED white to hide the disgusting yellow and brown staining which had ghosted through the paint. There was no central heating, so on the coldest night I was there when the temps were in the low 40’s, I had to rely on a tiny desktop sized space heater for the entire room, which was not enough…I slept in my winter jacket.
