A recepciósok nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Sgeítettek, hogy minél előbb el tudjuk foglalni a szállásunkat mert korábban érkeztünk. Nagyon szuper volt, hogy az autónkat ott tudtok hagyni a szállás előtt, ingyenes volt a parkolás, a hotelnek van mélygarázsa is. A reggeli nagyon finom és bőséges volt. A városközpont könnyen megköelíthető a hoteltől párcnyire megálló 23-as busszal. (kb 15-20 perc)

Location ideal as I was wanting to break up a drive and visit the Ducati Museum.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Ho prenotato sto una doppia letti i singoli per padre e figlio.
Attesa per il riassetto camera che era stata confermata come doppia a letto singoli ma poi era matrimoniale. Ma la cosa peggiore è che le doghe di uno dei due letti hanno ceduto prima in parte poi del tutto. Dormito malissimo ovviamente ma ormai era tardi e la mattina sarebbero andati via
Alla reception dopo aver fatto presente la cosa hanno ringraziato e basta, il conto era già stato pagato la sera prima ma almeno il taxi avrebbero potuto offrirlo.

The hotel was a bit further from the airport than I expected, and we had to take a taxi. That was my fault for not checking.

I reached quite early before check-in time. On request, receptionist allotted one room without any additional cost. Thank you for the courteous approach.

Hotel outside of the historic city centre. Easy access to historical centre via train or bus (or walk for an hour). Small mainstreet with great pizza takeaway, gelato, supermarket.

The room was not very clean and there was broken glass on the floor and my daughter cut her sole.
The beds were hard and they creaked when you turned.

The room was clean and quite large, bigger than expected.
Breakfast was awesome!
The room was not separately air-conditioned, nor was there a fan in the room. Coming from Nth West Qld Australia I kept waking up in a sweat.
If I opened the window in the evening all I got was cigarette smoke wafting in and people speaking loudly.
Apart from these small inconveniences I would definitely stay again, I'd just ask for a room not above where people smoke.

Rooms a bit tired and restaurant not open Sunday lunch or dinner. Not a breakfast choice for a 4* hotel. not good value for money.

The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is amazing. The location is around 30 minutes away from the center but there's a bus directly going there every few minutes.
The room is too hot. Just wish we could adjust it.

Has seen better days. When the room next door used the bathroom, it sounded like they were in my bathroom. The mini bar charges were double what they were listed as, and there was an extra charge for using the minibar.
