Absolute wonderful property and proximity to the beach. Check in was easy and managers were responsive and available. Wonderful week!!!

We loved our stay in this house. The location was walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. The house layout was perfect for our family. We had a bigger car so we had to find street parking but that wouldn’t deter us from renting again.

We stayed at this immaculate, beautiful 3 story house in September 2023. The house was immaculate, and offered plenty of space with bathrooms and TVs on every level. The kitchen is huge with great appliances. In the garage are several Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach toys, and even stand up paddle boards. This place has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation by Mission Beach. There is even an outdoor shower so when you walk back, you can rinse off before entering the house. Great location too - just steps to the beach, with lots of dining options and surprisingly, it was very quiet at night. There is a patio on the ground level, and a balcony with a small table and chairs on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed sitting out there at night drinking some wine, with the cool ocean breeze. The bathrooms are great too, and the shower in the master bedroom is amazing. We can't say enough great things about our stay at this property, we highly recommend it and hope to be back again next year!

Amazing location, spectacular home!

AC compressor needs more capacity. Top floor is a greenhouse and a challenge to keep cool even with other floors shut off. And ambient temp was only high 60s.....! Otherwise house was fine.

Great house, close to the beach. Enjoyed all the shops/restaurants and surprisingly was able to find a parking spot each day on Mission Blvd. Need a tiny car to park at the house.

The check in process was very smooth, along with quick response time from the property manager to all of our inquiries. We did have to rent a smaller vehicle, at no fault of the property manager who warned us of the tight spaces, we decided to roll the dice on a larger vehicle… which, it did work, but didn’t want to deal with the hassle of “Austin Powerering” our vehicle every time we needed it so we rented a grand Cherokee, which fit in the carport easily. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, except for the weekend, which is to be expected, so don’t let that deter you from a beautiful stay. It wasn’t crazy loud or terribly busy and during the week, it’s a lot more calm. Trust, at first, when we arrived on Saturday, we thought to ourselves “wow, what did we just commit to!”, but it was sooo worth staying and glad we did! Our kids loved it and there were other families there as well. Now, as far as the house… WOW. Beautiful inside and out, small details as electric landscape lights, finished garage to the wonderful kitchen and bathrooms. Being able to view the ocean and you take a shower in the master was nice. Having a glass of scotch by the fireplace with the accordion doors open and listening to the waves crash onto the beach was complete satisfaction and bliss! Having dinner with the family on the second level with the accordion style windows open and ambient lighting while again, hearing the waves crash was everything. The beds are very comfortable and clean.

We had an incredible time over NYE weekend at this home. Beautiful place, plenty of space and the bathrooms make you feel like you're at a resort. Top notch stay!

Such a unique home just steps away from Mission Beach. We enjoyed having our family of 5 stay during Thanksgiving weekend. The home is lovely and had everything we needed from beach chairs, towels, kitchen items as well as several patios to enjoy the beautiful weather. Highly recommend this gem and we plan and staying here again soon!

Great time

The rooms were a little smaller than the pictures lead to believe. The AC was not working and that was a disappointment as I specifically was looking for a rental with AC. The weather was cool enough in early June so not a huge deal.

The property was great! Plenty of amenities. The beach towels, chairs, umbrella were all great to have. Biggest perk was the outside shower that we used every day after the beach to rinse off sand before entering the house. The parking spots were really really tight and we were not able to utilize both spots but that’s expected in the beach houses. The bike in the garage was not usable so they should either fix the kickstand or just take it off completely. But overall the house had everything we needed. I would recommend this property but expect some loud music on holiday weekends, although it didn’t go into the night.

This is the second time we’ve stayed there in the last year we love it - close enough to the beach and yet far enough that one does not hear the loud beach, bike riders and skaters

Really nice and stocked 3 bedroom near ocean. Tons of beach chairs, two paddle boards, and boogie boards. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Loved the windows that opened up the whole length of the wall. Would definitely rent again.

This house was wonderful! It’s steps from the beach, very well stocked, and super CLEAN. All of these things are so important to our family and this house checked them all. My only suggestion is if you are looking for a large lounging area, this home might not be for you. There’s a large dining table that takes up a good part of the living room and there was only one small sofa so seating was limited. For us, lounging is not important because we spend alot of time at the beach but for some it may be.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our family getaway in San Diego. About a block inland from the beach- so easy to get to… it was nice because we were tucked away from the hustle and bustle on the boardwalk. The wind wasn’t as bad a few houses back too. The property had beach chairs/toys and bikes to use which was nice. The three floors almost l we got like three apartment in one- each floor had a large bathroom, small sink area, with fridge and microwave. Each couple had there own layer. The kitchen was the gathering spot with a massive table for all of his to eat at- the large wall windows off the kitchen we amazing in the morning … we would listen to the water feature and sip coffee. The top floor was superb, large bathroom and two balconies. The air conditioning worked and worked fast, which was nice with a sleeping baby. The garage is small- our van did not fit. But all the garages are small in the area anyway. We will absolutely be back. Felt like home.

My family stayed here in March 2022, we have 4 teenagers. House was as beautiful as the photos! Everyone loved the space and the floors, as we each had privacy as well. The location is perfect, close enough to restaurants, shops so we could walk to many places. Beach is just steps away. Close to all main attractions!

It rained quite a bit so it was lucky they did, since they had to spend more time in the house than expected. Perfect location, property is kept up extremely well, clearly it was built for owner occupied with so many nice and upgraded touches. Will definitely rent again. We had some family stay at the Catamaran Hotel and some at the house. Perfect combination. Favorite features: giant moving wall front window, top floor shower with three heads, outdoor shower for post surf sessions, well equipped kitchen, garage filled with beach toys/bike and storage for your own beach toys. It's expensive but worth a splurge. Neighborhood was quiet with many owner occupied (chatted with two friendly ones) but we had plenty of family fun without disturbing anyone.

This home is in a perfect location! Clean, comfortable beds and the property manager was quick to respond to our needs. There was a great selection of beach items that we enjoyed as well as 2 beach cruisers and plenty of beach towels. Like other reviews have stated, the garage and carport are on the small side. Large vehicles will have a hard time with parking. I would've given this property 5 stars but there was an issue with the AC and it made our stay uncomfortable. We were notified before our arrival that the AC was broken and was in the process of being repaired. When we arrived, the house was 85 degrees. Repair wasn't completed until late afternoon of our 2nd day. The house never got below 77 degrees and the air blowing out of the vents wasn't cold. We even followed the instructions posted on the wall to cool one level at a time in order to prevent the AC coils from freezing . In my humble opinion, the AC unit isn't powerful enough to properly cool a home of this size.

Great Location. 710 Rentals is very communicative and welcoming. This was one of the cleanest and best equipped mission beach vacation rentals we've stayed in. The kitchen was great with high end appliances. The fridges and sinks on every floor were nice too. We really enjoyed the patios and balconies. There are lots of windows to open up the house at night to cool it down and get some airflow. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. The only challenge was the house was really hot when we got there, the AC on the 3rd floor is not the best due to all of the windows and sun shining in. With that said, would still choose this rental again for our next trip.

Don't hesitate, book this home! It is beautiful in pictures but stunning in person. With huge windows that open up all around the home you feel like you are on the beach! Each floor gives you privacy/amenities and then the common areas give you plenty of room to come together as a group. We were more than happy with our stay and hope to return one day!
