I loved the breakfast at the rooftop every morning with the cool Altantic breeze and the morning sun of Essaouira. I am particular with soap and fragrances so I noticed the soap by Le Sens de Marrakech. It was a nice touch. The location is inside the medina and very near to souks, restaurants, fort, and Supratours bus station. Wifi was unstable but it was not an issue for me. I spent my birthday there and I got a box of Moroccan pastries from Camille and Jean-Charles.

We really enjoyed our stay in Essaouira; the accommodation was excellent with very clean and comfortable rooms and breakfast on the roof was great. Our hosts were lovely; very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here. Being received by the host and provided with an orientation of the accommodation and the town was excellent; this was really informative and helpful - if only more places did this. We also loved the Whatsapp guide to restaurants and bars; this was very handy.

Gorgeous riad in the middle of the busy medina. Great location and although down a little side street, once you've got your bearings, it's easy to find. Amazing smell of jasmine as soon as you walk in and a peaceful escape from the busy city. Rooms were very clean. Ours wasn't overly big but had everything we needed and bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were lovely and went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed, and gave lots of helpful information. Couldn't recommend enough for a lovely few days stay in Essaouira.

We loved our stay! There was no elevator so something to consider if you're staying on a top floor there's a good few flights of stairs, but we found it no issue. Breakfast was delicious but would have been good to have a change in options for those who don't want bread/pastries.

This Riad is absolutely beautiful and we were blown away from the moment we arrived. On arrival, the staff are extremely helpful, sending over the best recommendations for restaurants / things to do with easily accessible links and the offer to book on our behalf. Our room was immaculately clean with a lovely interior. The highlight for us was the delicious breakfast on the roof terrace, every day we were amazed by the view! The location was also perfect, very accessible and in the heart of the Medina. Overall, I would recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Essaouria!

We didn't not like anything but thought the addition of robes in the bathrooms would compliment the luxury feel of the Riad.

Its a beautiful riad, beyond my expectation. Both husband n wife seems to love hvg guests. They help around their workers n hands on.

An oasis in the vibrant town of Essaouira. Breakfast on the terrace was the star.

Breakfast was the best we experienced in 2 weeks in Morocco! Eggs, fruit, bread, juice, best coffee, crossoints. Staff gave us a tour of the map of town to ensure we were familiarised. Good riad security with a door code. Rooftop was pleasant with lovely views over the wall up the coast and over town. French couple managing the riad were very attentive. Riad is close to shopping and ramparts.

80 stairs to our room and still no view. We had the family suite which smelled musty although the riad common area smelled beautiful. Bed was hard so I took a blanket from another unused bed to soften it. The shower cubicles had no protection so the shower water spilled onto the floor. Not enough floor mats for that so we had to use towels. Expect to pay 40 dirham more to get someone to carry luggage to and from the riad which is deep in the Medina. No kettle or fridge is inconvenient.

The room and whole Riad is beautifully decorated, the room was very calming with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering great recommendations of places to eat and see around the City. wonderful breakfast included with everything we needed.

Very fine interiors, AMAZING ROOFTOP with a panoramic view! Unique atmosphere and attention to details. Great breakfast- finally a croissant! Would strongly advise to stay there.

Didn’t have enough time to enjoy the beauty of the property

I really liked the friendly staff and the owners, who lived in that riad. Super good welcome and explanation of the rules. Cool rooftop terrace and good location. Interior design made you feel at home. Our room was rather small, but as you don’t spend your day there, it didn’t bother me.

I was missing a bit bigger table to put my staff :)

The location is great, and so are the staff, interior design and the terrace. Breakfast was smaller than usual, but tasty nonetheless, so that's still a plus in my book.

There is not much privacy due to the very nature of riads, but this one in particular.

Tasteful and authentic. The French couple have good hand for making this a very special stay. The single rooms are only 10 qm, bear that in mind, but the old houses are like that. They made the best out of the ancient structure. There is no bathroom door, but since this is a single room nobody cares 😁 The information you get via WhatsApp link and its very handy like this, all very modern.
