Friendly, helpful hosts. Nice location. Very clean and comfortable.

The Full size bed was a little small for us. A queen would have been better.

I liked that it was quit. I was looking for a place to unwind from the city. A place to relax and spend some quality time with my family. This was the place.

Was unable to connect to Netflix. But there were several DVD's that we were able to watch.

It was high priced for two nights. I understand it's convenient for the owners, but I don't think I would use an add on "service" like what Evolve / Booking dot Com provide.

The apt was better than the pictures very clean and organized ,patio and BBQ plus the gazebo was very relaxing.

The studio was obviously small for 4 people. But it was still comfortable and worth the price.

I loved that it had the outdoor fire pit and a super cute gazebo❤️❤️ so relaxing

This was an amazing little cozy cottage to stay at. It was decorated perfectly, had every amenity you could ask for, or think of. It has 2 full size beds, a 6 drawer dressor for clothes as well as a closet to hang items. A full kitchen, all appliances, a full refridgerator, pots, pans, silverware, tupperware, the bathroom was spacious with overstock of towels and shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, deoderant, you name it. It even had a washer and dryer with detergent supplied. There was no need to bring any toiletries. There was also water and snacks, coffee, tea, creamers, sugar, etc supplied. When we up up to Payson, I will never stay anywhere else. The backyard also featured a gazebo. It was a little slice of heaven. If I could give 100 stars I would, absolute pleasure to stay here. I wish I could keep it a secret as I am sure it will sòon book out quickly and quite extensively and may not be available on my next trip, but it is just too amazing to keep a secret.

It was a little hard to find as it is on a small dark road. We had to drive past it 4 times to find it as it is not well lite. Only recommendation would be to perhaps add distinct reflectors or a post with the address right by the road. It is tucked back in a driveway.

Everything. It was very peaceful, and quiet. We really loved our stay. We definitely want to come back. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway.
