We thoroughly enjoyed our staycation and it was exactly what we needed! Pool was perfect, view was amazing and location was key! House was clean and so homey and comfortable.

Property was very nice! Clean and relaxing. The pool was terrific. The children enjoyed watching the dolphins from the deck. Beautiful kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much!

House had great space for cooking and lounging and easily accommodated our large family. The pool/spa was lovely and we enjoyed watching the intracoastal traffic - boats, dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, pelicans, herons, etc. We appreciated the amount of beach towels provided and the fully stocked pantry. The pull out couches worked for the youngest members of our family. My only gentle recommendation for improvement is more hooks outside and inside the house to hang things to dry.

Fantastic home on the water. Large enough for our family of 5. The property is in a beautiful waterfront community very close to the beach and downtown. Highly recommend!

We spent Christmas here as a family. The kitchen was a dream to both cook and commune in. The outdoor and indoor fireplaces really made our holiday special and festive. We watched a space-ex launch from the hot tub! Tony was easy to deal with, responsive and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time on this family reunion trip. The house was perfect for both younger and older kids. The pool and the pier were just perfect and the landlord responded right away to text messages. Great experience!

Great property in a peaceful and scenic corner of New Smyrna Beach. Plenty of space and utensils for cooking, and great fun watching dolphins from the dock. We'll be back...

We had so much fun at this home! The pool and the dock were the best parts. We saw manatees, turtles, and dolphins daily. Master bed was comfortable. The home is as decribed in the listing. We can't wait to visit again.

This was the second time we've stayed here, and can't wait to go back! The stay was perfect in every way. The owners were very accommodating and made themselves available for a Facetime call at a moment's notice when we needed help. 5 stars!!
