Excellent location right on a marsh, near town, beaches, and ferry landing. During summer, it took quite a while for the window a/c units to cool down the house. Large kitchen is very well equipped. Nice deck overlooking the marsh. A few items needed maintenance, especially broken step off the deck and front door screen.

The house is in a great location with a terrific view off the deck. Unfortunately, I had tried to contact the owner of the property several times before my stay and during and did not receive a call or email back. When we got there, I found the washing machine was broken and the home didn’t have a dryer. The kitchen window wouldn’t open because a latch was broken. The stairs to the deck were broken in half which was a huge hazard with a little one traveling with us. The grill only had one working burner and the umbrella to the table on the deck was ripped and warped so it wouldn’t open. I wouldn’t have minded all of these things, but the fact the owner couldn’t be bothered to communicate with me about the questions I asked prior to the stay (about the tub and grill situation), or be bothered to respond to my concerns once I arrived, made me very uneasy and disheartened. The house was very clean, however not all bedrooms rooms had air conditioning. The air conditioner in the main bedroom smelled as well. Great location and for a place to sleep it was well worth it, but I would not recommend it to spend any time in otherwise.

Great location- we could walk to beach, Main Street, and the harbor area! The house was not like the pictures-the grass was overgrown, front screen completely ripped and hanging, and broken steps (not usable) on back porch. The inside was dated but it was clean. Beds comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen- so much that it was almost lived in (open peanut butter, etc.). I reached out to the contact at least 5 times prior to visit with no success to inquire about a washing machine. They finally answered after approx one week. Overall, the location is worth the house.

I would definitely recommend this property, the pictures just do it justice. The beds were very comfortable my only complaint was that the coffee pot was not a full size coffee maker. This was my mom’s first time on the cape and she was very very happy.

The house was perfect for what i was looking for. A central location and many bedrooms.

Clean and as advertised. Convenient to the heart of Hyannis/Barnstable. Nice view of the marsh from the back deck.

We were only there a short while but everything went as expected.

The location is good but we had issues. The washing machine didn’t work and some of the outlets didn’t work. Also it ended up costing us more then expected because the final payment had extra charges like insurance and taxes. Overall good but we’ve stayed at better homes.
