Les amoureux de la nature et du grand air seront ravis de loger à 15 minutes à pied de North Padre Island Beach et à 13 minutes de Padre Balli Park. Ne faites qu'une bouchée du trajet de 5 minutes en voiture jusqu'à Whitecap Beach ou de 3 minutes jusqu'à Bob Hall Pier.

Everything was great, no issues at all, comfy beds, stocked kitchen and five minutes to beach. HEB Flour Bluff is a great store and only 10 minutes away.

Very accommodating, spacious and cozy. Met all our needs. Host was very attentive and quickly responded to any questions/ concerns. Safe location. Will be back !!

This propert is spacious. We had 6 people, 4 of them teens. It was very clean. The beds were all comfortable with nice sheets and comforters. We had plenty of towels. The place comes with body wash and shampoo/ conditioner. The kitchen could use more useful things like a pizza cutter and cork screw. But essentials are there. The only down side to this place is the upstairs bathroom situation. It has been stated in other reviews. The 2 bathrooms are in the bedrooms so if that occupant has gone to bed you may need to use the downstairs bathroom. Not a deal breaker just something to keep in mind.
We enjoyed our stay and would stay again because of comfort and space.

It was a comfortable property at a great location close to the beach. It's not walking distance but a very short and simple drive.

This was our annul family summer trip to the coast. The location was great. Located in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

The size of this property was perfect for what we needed. Very spacious and clean. Proximity to the beach and other amenities couldn’t be beat for the great price! The only downfall at all is that the 2 bathrooms upstairs are connected to bedrooms and not standalone. Definitely not a deal breaker but could potentially disrupt privacy for bathroom needs.

Duplex with very nice sq footage and spacious rooms. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Well supplied and plenty of sleeping room with 9 individual beds. Easy and quick access to the beach by driving (too far to walk).
Garage was locked and not available. We had an ant problem one morning after a hard rain, and there were quite a few fruit flies emanating from the kitchen area. Our host addressed this issue immediately upon our letting him know. There was also a leak on the porch from upstairs plumbing, but it did not affect us.
Communication was fantastic. Host was very engaging and quick to respond.
Back yard space was just gravel and I'd say purposeless, but the large covered back porch was appreciated. There was a grill we would have liked to use, but as it didn't include gas or charcoal, we decided probably wasn't worth what would be limited use to hunt down items necessary to use it.
There was only one thermostat, and it was upstairs, but it could be programmed.
Oddly, both upstairs bathrooms could only be reached by walking through their respective bedroom, so when the people in those rooms closed their door for privacy or went to bed, everyone else would have to trudge downstairs to the third and last remaining bathroom. This caused a pile up our first night with multiple people waiting in line for the only remaining shower and restroom.
Overall, great experience and would gladly stay there again!

This property was perfect for my young adult kids and their spouses. A good walking distance to beach access but if you have a bike, the experience would be better! Very clean and spacious. Bikes and golf cart would be a great idea to add on this property. Family will be back !!
