The property is exactly what the listing shows! A great location with east access to all IOP has to offer and an easy ride to downtown Charleston! I highly recommend staying here for your next vacation!

This property is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described! Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was how clean the home was. Our family vacation consisted of 4 adults and 4 teenagers, and this home was beyond perfect for us. The living room was comfortable and spacious and there was plenty of furniture for seating. Not only is the kitchen large, but it was well equipped with plenty of utensils, pots and pans, and other cooking supplies. We prefer to cook while on vacation, and we were not lacking in kitchen utensils or cookware. Each bedroom has its own bath, which was ideal for our family. The beds were comfortable, and we had extra blankets and pillows. On the porch and around the pool, there was plenty of seating to accommodate all of us. The home is located next to a beach access, which made it easy for us to travel to and from the beach. Because of its location, we were afraid it would be very crowded at the beach, however, that was not the case. We loved that the house had an outdoor ice machine-it was perfect for icing down the cooler before we headed to the beach! Management was very responsive to our questions. Our family had a great week at Sea Dream. The house was beautiful, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for large family dinners, the porch and pool area were great for hanging out too.

We had Sea Dream for the first week of July, and it worked out just as we hoped. We had three generations, and everyone had a good time -- small pool and beach access for the grandchildren, easy on and off for the parents, and close to restaurants and stores, and great fun for the grandparents! House was in great shape, met all our needs, would certainly return again, although we might be looking for a bigger place!

Home was well designed for large groups. We appreciated that each bedroom had private bath and shower. There were several large area for all of us to hang out, catch-up, break bread and relax. Isle of Palm is a cool beach town and still convenient for getting around Charleston. Highly recommended if looking for a luxury vacation.

This was a family trip for 13 people, including 4 families. Plenty of seating space in the living room, dining room, upper deck and lower patio to accommodate large groups. Everyone also thought the bedding was very comfortable. A few great things about the house if you plan on cooking in the house. (We cooked a few nights). First, the kitchen is large/modern and even has 2 dishwashers. Second, management was very responsive to our requests. For instance, given how many people we were cooking for, we asked if we could get a few more cooking related utensils … new large skillet, bread knife, potholders and more glassware. We really appreciated getting all of these delivered to the house in just a few hours. We had a few minor maintenance issues (starting the barbecue grill, icemaker not working … and management came out very quickly to take care of both of those). In terms of beach access, this house is right on one of the paths to the beach so within 60 seconds you are sitting on a great beach. We also liked that this particular section of beach was not crowded (other sections that we saw while taking walks were very crowded). We appreciated that there were plenty of beach towels for us to use. As recommended by management, we used IOP Beach Chair Company to set up chairs and umbrellas for us each day, which worked out well. The house is in great condition and we would absolutely stay there again next time.

Beautiful house, great location.

The property was BEAUTIFUL! Just as described. The bedrooms were well-appointed, mattresses were firm, extra blankets were provided. Kitchen and bar were also well-appointed with a very handy wine/beverage fridge. Conveniently located near grocery store. Short drive to downtown Charleston and other surrounding destinations (Daniels island, Sullivan's Island, etc). Beach was spectacular. We were have really liked more than one towel per person. Seemed a little stingy for such a beautiful home. We could NOT get the tv to connect to the wifi to watch Netflix, Youtube, etc, although we had a few "techies" in the group.
