My family and I enjoyed our stay very much Lots of things to do close to the property Beautiful pool area with lots of seating options Parking not too easy, would of like the kitchen to be better equipped and more chairs in the dinning room Over all the house is beautiful well lit property

From the first moment we arrived, we realized that this property was special! Lots of bedrooms, plenty of outdoor spaces, gorgeous pool, great outdoor kitchen that complements the massive indoor kitchen and perfectly clean with lots of towels, sheets, etc! Plenty of space for our big family to eat and celebrate our annual family vacation! TV's everywhere! Easy walk to the grocery, coffee shop, ice cream store and more! We've stayed at about a dozen properties over the years and this property jumps to the top of the list! And the Avantstay team was outstanding on answering questions - that is NOT our experience at other properties we've rented! And we had very little to ask Avantstay, since this property comes with everything and requires only that you enjoy your stay! But when we had questions, we got prompt responses - we had a question about the hot tub and one of their service guys showed up in less than two hours. When we've rented other properties, I am always on guard for something broken, something the property said it had and doesn't and property managers who ghost your calls - Honestly it really ruins my experience with the vacation - I don't need tension on vacation. With Avantstay and this property, on the third day I suddenly realized that I was thoroughly enjoying our vacation and hadn't had any worries - that is so rare - it definitely improves my and my family's enjoyment! We had 12 guys with ample room for everyone. The space is incredible in location and amenities.
