This is a gorgeous hotel with incredible views and wonderfully comfortable rooms and sun loungers.
However, service is difficult to find- nobody comes to the loungers or to the table at dinner to ask for drinks- and the buffet food was repetitive and had a poor selection.
That said, the paid-for food offered at the pool was excellent quality, especially the pizza and gyros. These two were good value for money, though some of the other options were prohibitively expensive.
Overall, we wouldn’t rush to go back but also wouldn’t rule it out based on the comfort.

Beautiful hotel, brand new, amazing view, amazing facilities, BUT service and food need serious improvement to qualify as a 5* hotel. Food is below average in terms of quality and selection.

The hotel is superb, but the parking lot is kinda small, and the beach is rocky, you'd better have water shoes.

I have never write a bad review about a hotel, but I will write so people won’t do my mistake.
They didn’t clean our room until 6pm and the other night didn’t clean at all . We ask for towels from the reception and we never got. The hotel looks VERY nice but that’s all . The pool bars are very expensive and so is the spa. The breakfast is ok.

This resort is very nice but the room service is none existent. Service at the restaurant was very ski except for dinner we had a team of Vassili and Elena very good and attentive

The resort is lovely, a good selection of sunbathing & pool options. The rooms are modern and comfortable.
This resort offers much but fails to deliver.
As we were only staying for a short break we booked a deluxe double room with sea view however from our balcony the view was directly into the rooms opposite, to the right was the rear car park and to the left overlooked rooms with private pools. The sea view was visible from the room side windows and the back left corner of the balcony.
The resort is currently understaffed which really affects the levels of service.
As a 5 star resort I would expect all rooms to be serviced daily - we stayed for 4 nights and our room was not serviced once, even though we illuminated "make up my room" via our rooms digital panel
I requested fresh towels at 10am one day, after 2 further calls to reception throughout the day I then raised the issue with the duty manager at almost 8pm before the fresh towels were delivered to our room.
The public areas around the pool were not cleared of rubbish throughout the day (nor on one occasion overnight) empty glasses and used towels were generally left until a guest made a request for them to be removed.
The a la cart restaurant was closed on 2 of the 4 days that we were there, restricting dining options.
Mid June is peak season, any teething problems should have been resolved by now and the service should be sleek... this was simply not the case.

A new/renovated hotel, facilities and design at a good five-star level!
But the level of cleanliness, and the food do not justify a five star level!
There is a lack of cleaning personnel, the corridors are dirty, and there are plates with food outside, which causes unpleasant smells! and brings a lot of ants.
The food is at a reasonable level, although there is quite a large selection, but the quality is at the level of a 3-4 star hotel!
In addition, the coffee is low level!

It was my worst hotel experience in my life. Everybody stay away from this hotel! We booked 4 nights. First night was ok, our room was ready. However, next days were horrible. At the restaurant, you do not get any service for lunch, orders were forgotten or partially came in more than 1 hour. Had to remind for drinks 4-5 times. Breakfast and dinner hall is too small for the capacity of the hotel. Worst part is that, none of the rooms get cleaned up during the entire stay. First day, we called a few times and hotel gave us just the towels. Someone came in the evening, while we were dressing up, to take the garbage out in a hurry. Next day, no garbage taken out and we (like all other guests) had to change our own towels with the ones in the cleaning trolley waiting in the hallway. Everyone started to throw the old ones to the hallway, no one took care of it. There were people complaining their room was not cleaned for 4-5 days. 0n the 3rd day no one came either and I had to mop the floor with the towels we had. I did not travel 16 hours to a hotel and saved money the entire year to clean the room by myself. If I would be the only one it would be fine, my bad luck. However, all other guests having the same problems. No cleaning in the room during the entire stay, even if check-in is at 15:00 they were given their rooms at 18:00-19:00. The ladies I met requested an extra bed for the kid before they came, they were not provided. Instead she had to ask for at least a mattress and t

A five star property with a three star experience.
The hotel is new, decorated to a high standard, has sea views and the one bedroom suite that we stayed at was very spacious and comfortable.
The staff at the buffet breakfast and dinner, were lovely and the head chef and his team were happy to come and explain which dishes that our 18 month old son (who has severe allergies) could eat.
Food was OK, there was a wide choice but would not liken both the taste and quality of cuisine to other five star hotels. The omelette cook at breakfast was probably the slowest we have ever come across! We had the half board option, there are no other restaurants that are walking distance near to the hotel. Both upper floor bars had great views but didn't often have other patrons in the evenings.
The a la carte restaurant requires booking, if you visit and try to book, the staff they tell you to contact reception to book, this happened whilst they had zero diners seated at the restaurant - not great.
The lunch menus were limited and some of the pool bar staff came across as disinterested or unhelpful at times. This was also the case with other hotel staff and management at times which is unacceptable at a five star hotel resort.
The three main pools were nice (albeit a little cold to our liking), the sun beds and loungers were also nice. There was no specific children's pool, or the facility to blow up inflatable arm bands and pool rings - this along with the fact that they…
