We are so happy we chose this property. It is comfortable, well laid out, in a great location, and with a well stocked kitchen. The set-up with two separate bedrooms / bathrooms / balconies works well. The property manager is very kind, and the communication leading up to the visit is helpful. Highly recommend!

This condo is so pretty and the beds are so comfortable. The beach isn't too far of a walk. There really is no view from the decks and the decks are located off of the bedrooms and not off the main room. Charleston is an easy 11 mile drive, which we drove several times. The Wild Dunes is a great place to bike and run or walk. I would definitely stay here again.

This was such a great gem to find. We loved the pool, the walk to beach and the beautiful scenery. The neighborhood was so quiet and it was the perfect place for our family vacation!

My husband, mother in law, 2 year old son , 5 year old daughter, and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. We traveled by air and were worried about having to buy or rent beach chairs. We were happily surprised to find 6 beach chairs, a cart with wheels, beach toys, boogie board and umbrella for us to use. We also cooked a lot and had everything we needed. We had groceries delivered to our door from Harris Teeter on Saturday night when we arrived and it made it so easy! We would stay here again!

The condo is exactly as it appears in the photos. Adorable, clean, and conveniently located within Wild Dunes. Property owners are excellent with communication and follow-up. Definitely recommend.

All good! Clean, cozy , comfortable. We were close to the family staying near by in Wild Dunes complex. Relaxed, environment! Only negative was that the days passed much too quickly. Restaurant “Long Island Cafe” accommodated all 18 of us and the individual family checks were all correct. A few Buffalo residents took home sunburns. Live and learn 😂Thanks for a great place to stay. Sandy

The condo was clean and well stocked with plenty of room for 5 of us. The area was absolutely gorgeous. My kids voted to just live there forever. It was a great spring break!

This condo was perfect! It had everything we needed for the week to make our trip enjoyable and comfortable. We loved exploring the city and had an amazing time. Would definitely recommend.

My sister-in-law flew down for a visit and we wanted to take her to the beach and Charleston. The bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are on either side so nice privacy. Beautiful unit and area!

A great trip and a great place. The place was exactly as advertised an extremely clean. It’s great to have the pool straight across the parking lot, that made it really nice. I had trouble locating a couple things and the property owners actually called us! Very sweet and very helpful and it was a great touch, we had a great time.

This lovely Lagoon Villas unit was perfect for my solo getaway. The condo is quiet and feels private even though it's very close to the more bustling areas of Wild Dunes. I loved sitting on the balcony, listening to the fish belly-flop onto the water while I enjoyed a drink or a meal. The whole place has a fresh feel. I appreciated the fun decorative choices, the newer Andersen windows and sliders, and having access to quality appliances during my three-night stay. I was also very thankful for the higher quality selections when it came to paper towels and TP. It's the little things! Thank you for helping make my sorely needed vacation a delight. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in IOP.

Rental unit was perfect in everyway

37 Lagoon Villa was the perfect vacation spot. Plenty of room, clean, GREAT location with lots of nice little extras and amenities - and the owners and Property Manager could not have been more helpful. A total stress-free vacation- we LOVED it!

From the start this experience using Vrbo & the owners listing was a breeze. Our first time renting through Vrbo. We will definitely use it again. The owners of this condo were amazing & helpful. You really felt like you were speaking with friends. Great suggestions from supplies to pack to restaurant and activities. My husband , myself and our 3 year old daughter had the best first vacation. She still can’t stop talking about the condo pool and the beautiful beach only 5 min walking distance away. First time traveling after this crazy pandemic year we all had , this was the perfect place. Clean , beautiful and spacious. Extremely kid friendly. Again love your condo color palette! Very tropical. We rented bikes that were delivered right to our door step. My friend lives near by in Charleston, this condo was the perfect spot for her to visit us. Easy drive to visit the Charleston Aquarium which we loved. We ordered take out a lot, from all the amazing restaurants near the condo and surrounding islands. So good. This is definitely a special place and so glad we found it. We will be back and definitely recommend to all our friends and family. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful spot :) Top Notch!

The owners are very accommodating and very considerate. They got back to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. The condo was gorgeous and very close to the beach! The added benefit was the two balconies and the home like atmosphere they had for the condo! The decorations really fit the theme of the condo. There were many things included for the trip too such as a coffee maker, pots, pans, towels, extra blankets. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Great place to stay!

I can’t recommend this property enough! We had such a good stay at 37 Lagoon Villas - everything was exactly as expected and communication with the owners was excellent including recommendations for beach chair/umbrella rentals and things to do in the area. Being within a gated community helped the beach not be too crowded. The condo was clean, beds were very comfortable, and it had everything that we needed (including helpful directions to the beach in the binder!). Parking was easy and our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. Planning to hopefully return soon!

This property is nicely decorated and well stocked. The property owners are responsive to communication. We had two concerns: the beds were very soft for our needs. I realize this is a personal taste but we kept rolling to the middle. Our first morning there we were awakened at 7:30 am to strangers on out deck off our bedroom and sounds of construction as the deck off our room was largely replaced. The owner had no control over this as it was scheduled by the Homeowner Assoc. However if residents are to keep quiet hours until 10 it woule nice if construction on units either started after or at the very least that owners are notified so that they can warn renters. I would recommend that renters bring kitchen towels as there was 1 towel and 1 dish rag only. All in all it was as described a 5 minute walk from the beach and met our needs for a multigenerational family vacation.

Great location on Isle of Palms! Unit was handy for beach, tennis, golf, bike rentals, etc. Very efficient rental, check-in, and check-out process!!!

Very relaxing and well appointed. Great floor plan with two full bathrooms made the stay very comfortable. Lovely area with close proximity to Charleston.
