This property is in a great location. Walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed the beach daily and tiki bar has great food. We will be back.

The description of this property was exactly what we got which is so important! This was a great location close to everything we needed. Tiki bar on site was a fun atmosphere, great pool, and easy access to the beach. The only negative of the whole stay was the birds breaking thru the netting on the balcony and going to the bathroom on our towels. But that’s nature and wouldn’t deter us from staying here again!

The unit we rented was very good. Was clean. All basic needs in the room. Pull out couch was uncomfortable but it was a pull out couch, that is to be expected. My biggest complaints about this rental has more to do with the property than the actual unit. Pool was DIRTY our whole stay..stuff floating in the water…would take someone 15 mins a day to net all the nastiness floating on top of the water. The other “complaint”—the towel guy never had towels..definitely not near enough beach towels…if you stay at this property just bring a few towels for the beach…not a big deal but parking is $15 a night. We were told $10 a night. Tiki bar was good. Food is super expensive and so so..but my kids LOVE the pizza from there! I would stay at this unit and property again. The price and location was just right…

It was a great relaxing vacation.

The condo is very comfortable. The balcony view is a bit limited because of the corner location but the location proved to be good in the wind. This unit could use a little "love" but I wasn't looking at it to buy, just rent so my standards were not as high. All in all, a very comfortable condo in an excellent location. Ocean Manor has two restaurants, a Tiki bar and ocean front pool. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance too. The location is perfect to get an ocean fix and relax.

Carole was very easy to communicate with and she usually would respond to my questions with in the hour. Beautiful condo and everything you was within walking distance. Every morning the sunrise was beautiful. Very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you and we will definitely stay there again.

The condo was great. Exactly like the pictures. Had an air-conditioning problem. Called the owner and she had a repair man right away. Great place

We have stayed at Ocean Manor many times because we love the location right on the beach and near great restaurants and shopping. This condo was perfect for our needs.

This property was very nice, easy to get around, did not need a rental as the restaurants and grocery store is in walking distance. Good communication with the owners.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay; however we did not receive much information regarding the condo. When we did receive information regarding check in the owner referred to my husband by the wrong name. This made us question if the condo was possibly double booked due to this mistake. I emailed back to confirm names; however, we never heard back from the property manager. We luckily were the only ones who showed up to stay in the condo for the week! Information on the website says there is WiFi, but we were never provided with a network or password. There is also no washer and dryer in the condo, it is actually pay to wash in the basement. This did not bother us and we have a great time, but just something to note.

This was a great place to stay and would stay again. A few suggestions not complaining . A throw blanket on the couch would have been nice for my cold nature self, a stand up fan for my hot nature husband and a full length mirror maybe on back of bedroom doors. These items in no way would keep us from staying again just would have made us feel a little more at home.

Construction was going on overhead all week, hotel lacks security and no hot water the last 2 days. I do want to thank our hosts for letting check in early

No issues with the condo, arrival instructions were perfect and easy. Found everything to be clean, had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfy. Tiki bar had great food, ate there several times for the convenience. Grocery store is nearby. Walked 1 mile to Lauderdale By the Sea for restaurants and shopping a few times. Pool was nice and not crowded. Only con for me was laundry in the building was pricey, but probably typical for the area. Had a great visit!

We enjoyed our stay, the hostess is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay, though we had to move out 2 days earlier due to the storm forecast and we had to fly back, we would have loved to stay the original plan and enjoy the location.

This is our second time staying in this building. We love the location. Right on a private beach, and across the street is a large shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store. It's nice to walk to the grocery store and buy food so you're not eating out every meal. When you do eat out, the TitiBar by the pool has amazing food. The location of the unit in the building has two positives, it's on the 8th floor and away from the TitiBar (point being, high up and away from the any late noise.) As for the unit, best mattresses ever. Even the pullout bed in the sofa was comfortable. Unit was clean and everything worked properly. Carole was quick to reply via text and a pleasure to deal with. Beautiful view and great location. The propriety needs small repairs in the bathroom and few wall plugs. The sofa is not too comfortable to sleep in however we manage. The beach location and the view is very nice. The propriety is very clean

The property was a short walk to the beach. The kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom were perfect for the 4 of us. The beach was clean not crowded and most of all enjoyed the privacy of the beach not being public. The property manager was great getting us in prior to check in and getting us to stay an extra hour when our flight was pushed back. The property manager was great with communication too which is a key when you are not part of the hotel. We will be using the property manager again for future vacations wether it be this condo or a different condo.

Our flight landed at 11 and we weren’t sure what to do with our luggage.. we got very lucky and were able to check in early! We really enjoyed our stay

The hosts were so great with communication! Check in was super easy and the condo was really nice! The rooms each had nice flat screen TVs (not that you need to watch TV with an amazing ocean view!) The kitchen had every appliance, pan, utensil, and dish that you could ever need! We really liked that there was an ice maker in the fridge so we could have nice cold drinks in the Florida heat! The condo has a nice lobby, pool, and tiki bar. It was nice that everything was right there and if you wanted to go and explore, Lauderdale By The Sea was a mile away! My only complaint is the building had a rule that you could not bring your own drinks down to the pool area......which was only enforced on the weekends by a bouncer. My fiancé and I both thought it was an inconvenience since there are residents who live there all year around. The only reason I can think of why this rule is in place is to force you to buy the overpriced drinks from the tiki bar. I enjoyed the tiki bar at night but I stayed at a condo so I could make my own food and drinks throughout the day without spending $1000 every day. Overall, the location is perfect being right on the beach, the condo is nice, and the hosts were great!
