Front desk was wonderful, they did everything to ensure we had a great stay! I would definitely recommend!

We stayed at this Fairfield Inn in Feb and really enjoyed the stay so we rebooked for July. It was like a totally different place. Cleanliness was not a concern. Comfort? The beds were lumpy and sagged as badly as any Motel 6 bed I had stayed in in the 70's. My husband and I are mobility impaired. We do not require wheelchair access but do best with a walk in/step in shower. After much discussion, we were finally given a "wheelchair accessible" room, even though it was obvious we did not need that accommodation. The beds were extra low to the floor, very difficult to get in and out of for MOBILITY IMPAIRED people with bad knees, hips and backs. I explained this carefully to the General Manager Rashad, and was told "this is the only room" for us. We won't be back. Sleep Inn will get our business from now on.

We were on first floor. We could loudly hear the people upstairs walking. Then at 6:00 am our alarm went off. I shut it off but could hear another alarm going off in another room. Bed was a little hard.

Very Clean Property

Ran out of coffee at breakfast, no employees around to solve problem. Then no cream. Bathroom counters are very small. Glass shower prohibits others from using toilet (if modest). Room very stark. Very disappointing as I expected more from this chain of hotels.

Our stay was awesome! Polite and helpful staff! The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable! This was our second stay and it will also be our go-to for our next stay as well.

The property was beautiful with a beautiful view of the woods and a scenic walking trail.

Good solid hotel for the money. Don’t bother bringing your Roku. They make it impossible to use. Pillows are so so. The water pressure is good. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Typical amenities. Only problem was the hair dryer not working.

Clean. Quiet. Staff was very attentive and super helpful, she even went out of her way and upgraded us w/ a better room w/ no additional charge as it was available since we arrived late.

We live in the same town as the hotel but wanted to get away from our loud neighbors for a relaxing stay and transition into the new year. The TV and employees in the lounge were loud. When I asked for another room, they just closed the hallway door, which didn't really help. The bed was uncomfortable with small pillows for a king-sized bed. We could not find extra pillows or a blanket. The drain in the shower exposes the PVC pipe that doesn't seem to be completely connected to the drain - so where is the water going? At 8am, two employees were yelling by our room even though we had our "do not disturb" sign out.

This will probably be our new “go to” hotel! Everyone was friendly, the hotel was clean , and there were good food options close by.

Debbie is seriously one of the nicest ladies ive ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure myself and my group had everything we needed. Honestly I will stay here again only because of her. However the “front end manager” who would not even bother to give me her name was extremely rude and could care less. We were told that “we need to move our bikes from the front and park them across the way” “they are in the way and I’m not responsible for damage” I got news for you, you are not responsible for anything happening to a vehicle parked in your parking lot you even have signs posted saying so. She basically dressed down my entire group of friends who all were paying $200 a night for a nice room and this is how we are treated by the manager? Debbie should be your manager and honestly if management is reading this please take a note or two from Debbie. She saved you on this review and she deserves recognition
