Location was good

The cleanliness of the property we paid $850 for one night, dirty hand prints on all the walls in every room, the lounge had stains all over it, the court yard had leaves and garden was over grown making it hard to enjoy the views of the lake.

Lacked basic essentials: ie dishwashing liquid etc. linen and towels need to be updated.

Key code was provided before arrival with detailed instructions on how to locate the keys and find the property.

Possibly an extra set of key or just specifically fob would have been useful. If members from the group left at different times.

Fabulous location, has 2 pools, volleyball court and tennis courts. Very relaxing by the lake and walking distance to shopping centre.

The house is showing its age in a few places with some minor maintenance issues, but nothing that upset our stay, however the owners were very responsive.

Nice outlook from bedrooms.

ALL sheets were not changed had stains and hair and smelt😤. Fridge had drip marks, kitchen cupboards had food marks, hair and greasy. Microwave oven is rusted inside and a fire hazard. Upstairs shower leaks badly. No extra blanket downstairs so we were cold. Body wash bottle empty upstairs. Pergola had not been swept for a long time and dusty. Sliding doors dont slide freely and locks are hard to use. This place is way overpriced for a unclean and unmaintained property. The owners need to speak to their cleaners and maintenance people urgently. You should be ashamed to charge over $750 a night. Our holiday was ruined 😪

Value for money

Parking was an issue, only fit a small car in a designated park, no space close for additional car within the gated community.

Claudia and Terence were very accommodating to us and our family, allowing us earlier check in and later check out so we had more time together with our family. The home was clean, tidy and spacious, and had a beautiful view over the lake.

That we had to leave! We enjoyed it so much, we wish we could have stayed longer :-)

Gorgeous location and the pool area was great. quite safe for kids to wonder around and feed the birds

was missing a few simple things like tea towels and paper towel. BBQ wasn’t clean and really needed updated cooking equipment. a few smaller plates would also be favoured.
