The room decor was great - very ‘Melbourne’ aesthetic. Very clean, stylish, good quality. We loved the pool, spa and sauna as well!

Liked everything. Would love bath robes in the room - that’s the only thing! :)

I would have liked slippers/robe in the room for use. Better quality tea selection as well.

Clean, modern and attractive. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice and the spa and sauna were great on a cold day. Toiletries were sustainably packaged. Pool and gym were great but I didn't use them.

Too far from main shops. The city view was poor. I would have liked a robe and slippers for the pool and there was no toothbrush or toothpaste. Shampoo and conditioner smelt boring. I probably needed to pay more for what I was after but I rarely stay at hotels. I was in the king deluxe room which was a bit small as the only sitting area was the bed and a single chair. I didn't have a physical card to pay the bond which caused delays at check in.

No restaurant and staff seemed inexperienced

Valet parking is so handy especially in the city. I don’t mind paying to not have to worry about finding a park. Excellent staff especially Michael (I think that’s his name) he has checked me in on each of my stays and has always been so nice! Will definitely be back.

Location and brekky was amazing.

We purchased interconnecting rooms and we had to call the guest line to get them opened. It would be better to have them already open on arrival as the kids were in the other room on their own for 20mins.

Beautiful interior all over. It gave off high end “hotel vibes” and smelled amazing everywhere you walked!

The pool was a bit cool and the sauna wasn't hot enough. Besides that not much to report.

Size of room was perfect for two, bed was comfortable, room beautifully decorated and the bay window was awesome.

As we have opted out for daily housekeeping, we called in to request for replenishment of fresh towels, some toilet roll and a box of facial tissue. Everything came except the box of facial tissue. Called in again and they said ok, delivering in progress. 1 hour later, nothing. I called in again, they said ok, delivering in progress, and then nothing. The inefficiency of staffs there are the only reason why the ratings are not perfect.

Value for money, very trendy and exciting hotel. Fit out was good and clean.

Check in was a bit clunky and staff were overheard discussing internal issues. As a guest it is uncomfortable to be privy to those conversations.

Asked for a cot and didn't receive one in the room upon arrival, then asked to be provided with a cot. It arrived and we had to assemble it and put the sheets on ourselves. Rubbish was left under the bed and hair in the shower when we arrived. Could not call reception or housekeeping direct from the room. Had to go to reception downstairs, wait in line, to make a request. Breakfast buffet was extremely disappointing. Cereal had lids. Honey was unhygenic. No other way to have honey, ran out of the little containers. No variety with food at all. Pancakes were only served on one of the days and replaced with dumplings? Fruit selection was extremely limited, may as well have none. Tea station ran out of spoons and tea bags and not replaced for quite a while. Pastries were so dried out they looked like they had been left there for days. Even when they brought more out they were still extremely dry and stale. Juice station was always low. Customer service was poor. A breakfast buffet and service offering you'd expect at a 3 star hotel. I definitely wouldn't pay for it or have it included. Hotel location was quite far from the main shopping precinct. Not much around.

Even though this is my 6th or 7th stay, there's no priority for an early check in earlier than 3pm. Also staff require details that they should already have on file.

This hotel was fabulous, so clean, bright and airy everything about it was beautiful.

Good location! It’s near CBD about 10 minutes walk. There are so many restaurant around the hotel.

Look new and clean

Excellent location for access to the Skybus for an early flight. The pool was beautiful and a wonderful place to relax. The Receptionist was warm and welcoming! Room was large and the interior design was so unique.

The only thing I had trouble was finding my way back to the lift!
