Helpful staff. Lovely room looking over the mountains (we were at the back of the hotel but views from front and back). Was warm all the time so good in the snowy weather. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Train stop opposite the hotel and used that. Free travel card included in booking. Walked into the town (about 20 mins along the road). Drying room

Our room backed onto the stairs so you could hear people chatting when gathering in the reception area. But generally a quiet location.

All of the workers were absolutely nice and polite - from the kitchen workers to the receptionist. Everyone speaks English. The room was clean, dinner was amazingly tasty, the hotel is also nice located - only 5 min to the city centre. For the lifts you need to drive with a car or a bus, but it’s also not a problem - you get the free transport card for Chamonix and the bus stop is not so far away.

Bathroom is made directly in a room without a door, which can be completely closed.. If you are with a partner, be ready to hear and smell everything, what is going on on the toilet :D But as we found out it was the smallest room in the hotel, and we got it because we booked really late (about 2 weeks in advance)

Very friendly, helpful staff. Perfect for our needs since we needed car parking and it was free and always available. Proximity to city centre was within walking distance and the hotel gives you a free transport card if you don't want to walk

Room was small, but had a fantastic view, beds were too firm, no kettle, carpet had an unpleasant odour and noises from adjoining rooms very audible

Up-graded to a room with balcony with great view to Mount Blanc. Excellent breakfast and comfortable bar area.

Stairs to 1st floor are very steep. Hotel reception is only open from 08:00 to 21:00.

We had a great view of the mountains. The staff at reception were very friendly and really helpful. We opted for the dinner and loved the food. We were away from the busy center but still in walking distance of Chamonix, which suited us perfectly.

My room was next to the stairs so it was noisy.

The room had a nice design, it really made you feel like you are in a mountain lodge. The view of the room was amazing, a direct view of Mont Blanc.

The room was very small for a double room. The bed was definitely not a double bed. The bathroom was apparently added after the room was designed, it was a box similar to a boat bathroom. When taking a shower you had to touch the shower wall and the curtain, which was unfortunately not clean. When booking, this was the last double room available at the hotel. The worst part is we were offered a glass of beer or wine during check-in for the compensation of the small bathroom, so they knew the room and the bathroom was small but still sold it as a double room instead of a single room! The bar was closed at 22:00.
