I advise reserving fewer nights than planned to stay. This hotel isn't flexible with early checkout & will charge for a full day if you need to leave a day early. They require 24hr advanced notice of leaving. However, if you choose to stay an additional night, they have accommodated that in the past. Employees are nice. The rooms have kitchenettes for cooking & our room smelled like fish. Not good.

Didn’t have a room on arrival someone was already in the room. Hotel charged my credit card for a room a yet to receive a credit for a refund. Tried to give me a room of lesser quality and value. Mary B. With Expedia wasn’t any help either we were left stranded in a parking lot with no room and no refund. I will never use this hotel or Expedia ever again !!!

Property was in good shape. Our room had a dead giant cockroach in bathtub. No mirror up in bathroom. Mirror was on ground by tv. No cover on thermostat. Room was unfinished and all staff could say was contact Expedia about issues?

We were there for 4 days and room was not cleaned once.
The breakfast was cold and few items. We did not eat there after tasting the first day. Computer down and they did not/were unable to give me a receipt for my cost. I was very unhappy about that. NEVER AGAIN

There were roaches in the room. Big ones. One even crawled into my bag. Disgusting. Had to ask for room to be thoroughly cleaned, because when they would clean it initially, the sheets wouldn’t be changed. Staff wasn’t helpful. Will not be returning.

This beand new hotel was surprisingly excellent in Sulphur. The only complaint was that we waited almost 15 minutes to checkout because the clerk on duty was nowhere to he found. The couple in front of us asked the cleaning guy to help locate the front desk clerk and about 5 mins later she showed up. I didn't like that. That was too long a wait to check out.

My stay was good. I needed a wine opener but they didn't have one. They charged extra from what I prepaid, but working with them to get that corrected.

Hotel is new and is still working out some bugs. First assigned room door would not lock. But was quickly reassigned to another room and everything was fine. Only issue with this room is the bed is too close to the wall kind blocks to a/c unit. Overall a great, peaceful stay!

Was given a room without a working TV and smoke detector torn off the wall. Front desk staff informed the room should not have been assigned. Was quickly switched to another room. Friendly staff.

Was disappointed that the hotel staff did not have a procedure for dealing with an adult guest’s bathroom accident in the elevator and second floor hallway. I was told that they were having the guest clean up the mess. They should have a means to have it professionally cleaned so that guests can be assured that it is clean. In the meantime we were advised to avoid using the elevator and to carry our bags up the stairs. Surprised that they also didn’t offer any accommodation to impacted guests. I don’t blame the one employee present for this either, but the lack of procedure for handling problems.

I am very picky when it comes to hotels and our stay was perfect from the time we arrived until we checked out. We will definitely stay again if we are back in town. Family of 4 in town for baseball tournament.
