Absolutely amazing place to stay. Great location just a few minutes walk from Pyrgos main square. Rooms very comfortable and cleaned every day. Jenny couldn’t have done anymore for us throughout our stay. The pool and lounge area are spotless with a magnificent view of the island, day and night!

Nothing at all! The breakfast could have been more varied but cannot complain as it was delivered to your door every morning at your preferred time.

If you are looking for the best quality, location and value for your money-this is the property you need! Staying in pyrgos was the best decision I made.outside of the craziness of Fira and oia.the property has a big parking, perfect for getting a car and being able to go everywhere in the island. The location is great. The little village is so cute. There are many restaurants and shops too. Everything is a just few minutes walking from the hotel. The rooms are so big and spacious. So well decorated, very modern and clean. The bed was so comfortable, we slept so good, which is very important The balcony was so big and having an incredible view. We had breakfast in the balcony every morning. The staff couldn’t be more professional and yet so friendly and helpful. Jenny was amazing helping us with every question we had and being there for us all the time. The property has a very big pool and hot tub. Very few hotels on the islands have pools let along this size. Perfect place for families and couples.breakfast is served in your room every morning at a time by your choosing . Fresh squeezed oj, fresh, warm croissant with a different filling every day, and an option of omelette by choice!rooms cleaned every day. The place is maculate clean !couldn’t ask for a better accommodation! Do yourself a favor and don’t look anywhere else. I did a lot of research before booking this place and couldn’t recommend it any higher. Would love to come back to this beautiful place again!

I loved all the breakfast meals (even if there wasn't strawberry sos in the last french toasts😄) and the place was magical!

There isn't anything i didn't like.

This hotel is a real gem for many kinds of tourists. It offers visitors beautiful sights over the whole island but is still located in a very quiet neigbourhood that is yet to be found by larger crowds. The establishment is brand new and as Jenny said they are "very proud of their new building" and it shows. Rooms are very clean and Sanda from the Housekeeping is really thoughtful person. Special thanks to her for making our stay pleasant. Air conditioning in the room works like a charm and with the beautiful rooftop pool area it made our stay during the Greece's record hot temperatures enjoyable. Jenny from the Reception felt more like a local friend than a receptionist, who made sure our plans for the days spent in Santorini were the best possible. Since this hotel is located in Pyrgos village high up in the mountains it might not be the best possible place transportwise for everyone. We still actually found it really really easy to go around the island by local busses but this is something one has to be toughtful of. Pyrgos village main square bus stop (which serves the Fira-Perissa line) is located 600m from the hotel and Santo Wines bus stop (which serves the Akrotiri-Fira, Perissa-Fira Express and Ferry Port-Fira lines) is located 1200m from the hotel (keep in mind that this is downhill from the hotel to the bus stop). You'll not be located in the noisiest city but if you want to visit those larger cities it is not too hard even by those local busses. Just know that the timetables for local busses are just guiding at most. Sometimes we went from hotel to the other side of the island in less than an hour and once we had to wait for an hour at Pyrgos bus stop before bus arrived. And of course you can bypass this minor locational inconvenience by renting a car.

There isn't much to not like about this hotel. Breakfast could be more varied, yes, but we didn't find ourselves tired with the not-so-varied breakfast delivered to our door at pre-selected time during our 7 days. The only real nuisance was the power line interfering with the beautiful view from our Superior Suite balcony. If you want to take photos of the sunset you should go to the rooftop pool which is above the power lines along the road leading to Mayu Suites.

The friendliness of staff, Jenny was absolutely amazing my mum forgot her wallet on the flight and she helped us get it back, didn’t ask for payment upon arrival till we settled in and sorted ourselfs out the next day Were a large group from elderly to young kids arriving for a family reunion/wedding from around the world so organising this was a nightmare from the start leading up to the booking transfer and departure Jenny had Gone above and beyond making our stay superb and was very quick to respond to emails prior to arrival making it stress free

The jacuzzi wasn’t strong very weak and the swimming pool was quite cold but still didn’t stop us using it Breakfast options lovely but limited could have been more varied - in terms of only orange juice (we don’t like) and croissants offered daily with your choice of 9 hot meals but no cereal, toast etc it wasn’t cooked on-site delivered in so didn’t arrive hot and on 1 occasion the meal was covered in mould after 1hr of receiving it

The location is great. Center of the island. The huge room and its facilities. The pool and whirlpool. Good breakfast serviced at your balcony. The lady at the reception was so kind and helpful and even allowed us a very late checkout.

Every thing was great

Stunning views from the pool. Friendly and kind owners and staff. The breakfast was served in the room form a catering service to my understanding. There was pastry (croissants,buns and bread) butter, honey jam and fresh orange juice every day and 1 option between eggs , yoghurt etc . There was a Nespresso coffee maker in the room. Kids Friendly Free parking space available. Easy access to the room Not far from the airport, city and the beach

Some extra beverage options for breakfast (for example warm milk for my 6y.o or a cappuccino for us adults )would have been appreciated

Super clean, incredible view over the island, pool area is superb. Great breakfast, the host was so helpful recommending and booking restaurants for us.

It was fine for us as we were only staying for 2 nights on route to Ios but there’s no on site shop, bar etc for basics but there’s shops about 10 min walk away.
